    ВМТП ввел в эксплуатацию два новых крана для обработки контейнеров

    Владивостокский морской торговый порт (ВМТП, входит в Транспортную группу FESCO) ввел в эксплуатацию два новых козловых рельсовых крана RMG (rail mounted gantry). Как сообщает пресс-служба стивидорной компании, новая техника позволит на 15-20% повысить скорость обработки растущего объема контейнеров.

    Новые краны производства Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries Co Ltd (ZPMC) установлены на контейнерном терминале ВМТП. Они имеют грузоподъемность 45 тонн, ширину пролета 63 м каждый и могут обрабатывать 28 рядов контейнеров и штабели высотой 5 контейнеров.

    Установка кранов продолжалась с первого по одиннадцатое октября. Для этого ВМТП совместно с ZPMC построили на территории причала временные рельсовые пути, после чего специализированное судно за счет забора воды в балластные цистерны опустилось до уровня причальной стенки и краны «переехали» на территорию контейнерного терминала. С 12 октября по 14 декабря проходили пуско-наладочные работы: окончательный монтаж, подключение электропитания и настройка оборудования. После чего Ростехнадзор выдал разрешение на ввод кранов в эксплуатацию.

    Краны ZPMC дополнили четыре уже действующих на контейнерном терминале крана RMG.

    Краны закуплены в рамках программы модернизации производственных мощностей Порта. В рамках этой программы в течение 2018 года парк перегрузочной техники ВМТП пополнился 16 единицами: терминальными тягачами, ричстакерами, автопогрузчиками грузоподъёмностью от 2,5 до 35 тонн. Всего в перегрузочном парке ВМТП 46 единиц кранов и 150 средств механизации.

ВМТП является одним из крупнейших работодателей и налогоплательщиков Приморья.

    Транспортная группа FESCO – одна из крупнейших частных транспортно-логистических компаний России с активами в сфере портового, железнодорожного и интегрированного логистического бизнеса. Диверсифицированный портфель активов FESCO позволяет осуществлять доставку грузов «от двери до двери» и контролировать все этапы интермодальной транспортной цепочки.     32,5% акций FESCO принадлежат Зиявудину Магомедову, 23,8% – компаниям, контролируемым Марком Гарбером (один из контролирующих акционеров GHP Group), 17,4% – TPG Capital, еще 26,3% – другим акционерам или находятся в свободном обращении.
