    Прекращена активная фаза поисково-спасательной операции в связи с пожарами на судах Maestro и Candy

    В соответствии с докладом руководителя поисково-спасательной операции (ПСО, МСКЦ «Новороссийск») в период с 21 января по 25 января 2019 года был проведен тщательный и расширенный поиск во всех предполагаемых районах возможного нахождения тел членов экипажей загоревшихся за пределами территориальных вод РФ танкеров-газовозов под флагом Танзании Maestro и Candy. Как указано в сообщении Росморречфлота, экипажи обоих судов состоят в общей сложности из 32 граждан Индии и Турции. Нарастающим итогом авиацией обследовано 4200 кв. миль и морскими судами 630 кв. миль акватории Черного моря.

    В первые сутки проведения ПСО аварийно-спасательными судами ФГБУ «Морспасслужбы»  и привлеченными находящимися в районе бедствия судами (на разных этапах группировка составляла от 12 до 16 судов) обнаружено в море и спасено 12 членов экипажей с аварийных судов, найдено 10 тел погибших моряков, которые были затем идентифицированы,  10 человек считаются пропавшими без вести. Спасенные члены экипажей доставлены на берег и переданы для медицинского обследования и оказания возможной помощи в медицинские учреждения морского порта Керчь, поднятые из моря тела переданы в соответствующее подразделение Керченской судебно-медицинской экспертизы. В соответствующие посольские и консульские учреждения переданы списки спасенных, погибших и пропавших без вести моряков.       

    На основании изложенного и в соответствии с таблицей N-14 Международного наставления по авиационному и морскому поиску и спасанию, том 2, выживание в морской воде без защитных средств при температуре +8 градусов составляет менее 3-х часов.

    В связи с отсутствием разумной надежды найти кого-либо живым с 14:00 мск 25 января 2019 года активная фаза ПСО завершена, поиск продолжается проходящими район судами.

    С первого дня происшествия специализированные спасательные суда ФГБУ «Морспасслужба» занимаются тушением пожара на горящих судах. Для предотвращения угрозы взрыва горящих судов их корпуса охлаждаются из судовых пожарных установок многофункционального аварийно-спасательного судна «Спасатель Демидов» и буксира-спасателя «Меркурий» (Азово-Черноморского филиала ФГБУ «Морспасслужба»).

    25 января 2019 года аварийно-спасательная группа Морспасслужбы поднялась на борт горящего судна и сумела отдать якорь на теплоходе Candy для предотвращения дальнейшего дрейфа судна в сторону берега.

    В настоящее время продолжается проливка надстроек и палубы горящих судов для охлаждения судовых конструкций.

    Загрязнение окружающей среды и угроза судоходству отсутствует.
