Bank VTB acquired 50 percent minus one share in United Grain Company
Bank VTB says it has acquired 50 percent minus one share in United Grain Company (UGC).
“The number and the share (percentage) of votes attached to voting shares making the authorised capital of the organization over which the emitter had control before: 0 / 0.00%… now: 3,514,939 / 50.00% minus one share”, says the statement published on 12 February 2019.
United Grain Company was established in 2009 to support domestic agricultural companies and development of the grain market infrastructure. The company is an agent implementing state regulation measures in the domestic grain market. The control stake of UGC is held by the state, 50 percent minus one share were held by Summa Group.
