    Средний возраст отечественного речного флота достиг 33,3 года и продолжает расти – РРР

    Средний возраст судов и плавучих объектов, состоящих на классификационном учёте Российского Речного Регистра (РРР) составляет около 33,3 года. Об этом говорится в докладе и презентации генерального директора ФАО «Российский Речной Регистр» Евгения Трунина, посвященным подведению итогов деятельности за 2018 год , сообщает пресс-служба Росморречфлота.

    При этом средний возраст пассажирских судов составляет 37,0 лет; самоходных нефтеналивных судов и судов перевозящих опасные грузы – 43,0 года; несамоходных нефтеналивных судов и барж перевозящих опасные грузы – 35,0 года. Средний возраст плавучих доков, док-кессонов и кренователей составляет 42 года.

    В докладе и презентации на тему «О чрезвычайном росте факторов риска в связи со старением флота» обращается внимание на необходимость принятия повышенных мер безопасности при классификации и освидетельствовании судов с учетом ежегодного роста их среднего возраста и его влияния на рост факторов риска.

    Классификации Российского Речного Регистра подлежат самоходные суда внутреннего плавания с главными двигателями мощностью не менее 55 кВт, несамоходные суда вместимостью не менее чем 80 тонн, все пассажирские и наливные суда; суда смешанного (река-море) плавания; паромные переправы и наплавные мосты на внутренних водных путях.

    На учете РРР находится 22,5 тыс. судов. Правилами РРР также пользуются органы технического надзора и классификации судов стран СНГ и Балтии.

    Зоны деятельности филиалов РРР охватывают всю территорию Российской Федерации и включают: Амурский филиал (г. Хабаровск), Верхне-Волжский филиал (г. Нижний Новгород), Восточно-Сибирский филиал (г. Иркутск), Доно-Кубанский филиал (г. Ростов-на-Дону), Енисейский филиал (г. Красноярск), Западно-Сибирский филиал (г. Новосибирск), Камский филиал (г. Пермь), Ленский филиал (г. Якутск), Московский филиал (г. Москва), Нижне-Волжский филиал (г. Астрахань), Обь-Иртышский филиал (г. Омск), Северный филиал (г. Архангельск), Северо-Западный филиал (г. Санкт-Петербург), Средне-Волжский филиал (г. Самара).
