Bunker prices are flat at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia (graph)

Slight decrease of oil prices is observed in response to official statistics showing the surge of USA oil reserves.

According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices have slightly increased at the port of St. Petersburg:

Average price of IFO-380 HS - $380 pmt. 

Average price of MGO - $575 pmt.   

Average price of ULSFO - $544 pmt (+$2). 

IFO-380 HS price is ranging between $365 and $390 pmt.

Bunker prices at the port of Rotterdam have decreased by $4 on the average.

The difference between maximum/minimum prices depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
