    АBB поставит систему энергоснабжения для первого в мире речного судна на водородном топливе

    Компания АBB поставит системы энергоснабжения и пропульсивную установку для нового судна, которое будет работать на реке Рона (Франция). Особенностью двигателей этой ПУ является то, что они будут работать исключительно на водородном топливе, говорится в сообщении ABB.

    ABB является лидирующим поставщиком на рынке технологии водородных топливных элементов, участвуя в инновационном проекте FLAGSHIPS, финансируемом ЕС. Отраслевой консорциум был создан для финансирования строительства и ввода в эксплуатацию коммерческих судов для операций с нулевыми выбросами на ВВП и каботажных маршрутах.

    В рамках этой инициативы ABB предоставит энергетическую и пропульсивную систему на основе топливных элементов для нового буксира-толкача, который будет построен на французской верфи в Лионе для Compagnie Fluviale de Transport (CFT), французской дочерней компании группы Sogestran. Передача буксира в эксплуатацию запланирована на 2021 год. Судовые двигатели будут работать на водороде, полученном из возобновляемых источников энергии.

    Являясь участником проекта консорциума FLAGSHIPS с начала его запуска в январе 2019 года, ABB сотрудничает с Центром технических исследований VTT Финляндии и поставщиком инновационных экологически чистых топливных решений Ballard Power Systems Europe. Участники проекта разрабатывают судовую пропульсивную установку мощностью 400 кВт.

    Целью проекта является подтверждение возможности использования экологичного топлива для владельцев и строителей судов среднего размера, перевозящих более 100 пассажиров или эквивалентного груза по рекам или вдоль побережья. Поэтому в рамках проекта FLAGSHIPS рассматривается реализуемость перехода на водород в качестве судового топлива.

    После оборудования судна водородной силовой установкой планируется провести ежедневные испытания судна, уделяя особое внимание процедуре и времени бункеровки, как это будет сказываться на графике рейсов. Испытания судов на водородных топливных элементах дадут представление о развитии и оптимизации бункеровочной инфраструктуры, в том числе и для морских судов.

    Проект FLAGSHIPS объединяет группу партнеров - ведущих представителей отрасли: судовладельцев, поставщиков технологий на топливных элементах, разработчиков установок электропитания, специалистов в области интеграции и производства, кораблестроителей и др.

    Консорциум FLAGSHIPS включает девять европейских партнеров с двумя судовладельческими компаниями Norled (NO) и CFT (FR), а также производителя судового оборудования - компанию LMG Marin (NO & FR). Технология топливных элементов на водороде поставляется компанией Ballard Europe (DK). Контроль и управление энергопотреблением судов будет обеспечен компанией PersEE (FR). Управлением, распределением и экспертизой безопасности водородного топлива будет заниматься компания VTT (FI) и NCE Maritime CleanTech (NO). К консорциуму планирует присоединится Westcon Power & Automation (NO).

    Проект FLAGSHIPS поддерживается государственно-частным партнерством FCH JU, созданным в рамках европейской программы Horizon 2020 для ускорения коммерческого применения экологичных топливных технологий в различных транспортных и энергетических отраслях.
