    Цены на бункерное топливо 24 мая могут показать резкое снижение в пределах $10-15– аналитики MABUX

    Значения Мирового бункерного индекса MABUX (индекс, рассчитываемый по текущим ценам на основные виды бункерного топлива в пуле ведущих портов мира), перешли в направленный нисходящий тренд по итогам 23 мая 2019 года, говорится в аналитическом обзоре, предоставленном ИАА «ПортНьюс» компанией Marine Bunker Exchange (MABUX).

    Мировые нефтяные индексы, в свою очередь, показали направленное снижение 23 мая на опасениях относительно торгового конфликта Вашингтона и Пекина и данных о росте запасов топлива в США.

    Июльский фьючерс нефти Brent на ICE в Лондоне подешевел на $3,23 и достиг уровня $67,76 за баррель. Июльский фьючерс на легкую малосернистую нефть на NYMEX в Нью-Йорке снизился на $3,51 и показал $57,91 за баррель. Спред между котировками составил $9,57 против $8,76 сессией ранее. Июньский фьючерс на газойль потерял $25,00.

    Сегодня утром торги на ведущих биржах мира начались попытками умеренного роста.

    Топливные котировки оказались под давлением после статистики по запасам сырья в США. Минэнерго страны сообщило, что за неделю по 17 мая коммерческие запасы нефти увеличились на 4,7 млн баррелей, или на 1% — до 476,8 млн баррелей. Прогнозы ожидали снижения показателя на 0,6 млн баррелей. Этот уровень запасов стал максимальным с июля 2017 года.

    Вашингтон может пополнить черный список компаний, которым запрещено закупать товары и услуги в США, новыми китайскими фирмами. В ответ представитель министерства торговли КНР Гао Фэн заявил, что если США хотят продолжать разговаривать, им следует продемонстрировать искренность и исправить свои ошибочные действия. По его словам, переговоры могут быть продолжены только на основе равенства и уважения.

    Снижению цен способствовали все более жесткие заявления Китая по вопросам торговли и более вялая, чем ожидалось, экономическая активность в Германии укрепили беспокойство по поводу состояния мировой экономики. Международный валютный фонд подчеркнул в своем заявлении, что недавняя эскалация торгового конфликта между США и Китаем может нанести существенный удар по настроениям предпринимателей и финансовых рынков, нарушить работу международных цепей поставок и поставить под угрозу рост мировой экономики в 2019 году.

    Япония в апреле увеличила импорт нефти из России на 62,7% относительно того же месяца прошлого года - до 1,035 млн килолитров. Это максимальный показатель с июля 2017 года. В то же время поставки сжиженного природного газа из РФ сократились на 13,9% и составили 404 тыс. тонн, угля - выросли на 16,9%, достигнув 1,707 млн тонн. В целом Япония увеличила импорт нефти в прошлом месяце на 4,9% в годовом выражении - до 15,76 млн килолитров, СПГ - на 0,3%, до 5,627 млн тонн, угля - на 1,9%, до 15,077 млн тонн.

    Нефтеперерабатывающие заводы в Азии могут сократить объем производства в связи с падение маржи до самого низкого за 16 лет уровня. При этом недавно появились слухи, что Китай начал экспортировать больше бензина, что может указывать на сокращение спроса внутри страны.

    «Мы полагаем, что сегодня цены на бункерное топливо могут показать резкое снижение в пределах $10-15, учитывая, что в настоящий момент мировые нефтяные индексы находятся в стадии умеренной корректировки вверх», - отмечается в обзоре.
