    ФосАгро и Инфотек Балтика подписали меморандум о сотрудничестве в сфере перевалки удобрений в порту Мурманск

    В рамках Петербургского международного экономического форума компания «ФосАгро» подписала Меморандум о сотрудничестве при реализации проекта строительства морского специализированного терминала по перевалке минеральных удобрений и апатитового концентрата в морском порту Мурманск с компанией «Инфотек Балтика», сообщает пресс-служба ФосАгро. Подписи под документами поставили генеральный директор ПАО «ФосАгро» Андрей Гурьев и директор АО «Инфотек Балтика» Александр Мюллер.

    Целью меморандума является заключение в будущем долгосрочного договора перевалки грузов на терминале, строящемся компанией «Инфотек Балтика» на незамерзающем западном побережье Кольского залива в районе реки Лавна. Планируемая дата начала эксплуатации – март 2023 года.

    Генеральный директор ФосАгро Андрей Гурьев отметил: «В соответствии со стратегией развития до 2025 года компания «ФосАгро» нарастить производство удобрений и кормовых фосфатов, отличающихся экологической безопасностью и высоким качеством, - до 11,5 млн тонн с 9 млн тонн в 2018 г. Помимо приоритетного российского рынка, они будут поставляться на рынки 100 стран мира.
    В этой связи компания «ФосАгро» внимательно следит за проектами, предполагающими строительство специализированных терминалов по перевалке минеральных удобрений. Проект компании «Инфотек Балтика», реализуемый в устье реки Лавна, на наш взгляд, является одним из наиболее перспективных. Мы рассчитываем, что он поможет обеспечить ФосАгро необходимыми перевалочными мощностями, оптимизировав транспортные затраты.
    Способность строящегося терминала принимать крупные суда класса Panamax повысит экономическую эффективность морской транспортировки грузов через северные территории, а близость терминала к производственным мощностям компании оптимизирует железнодорожную логистику перевалки».

    Директор АО «Инфотек Балтика» Александр Мюллер заявил: «Проектирование и строительство компанией «Инфотек Балтика» современного специализированного терминала по перевалке минеральных удобрений в порту Мурманск направлено на возможное обеспечение экспортной перевалки продукции ПАО «ФосАгро». Новые портовые мощности позволят переваливать объем в примерно 3,5 млн тонн удобрений в год. Создание терминала позволит диверсифицировать транспортную логистику и сделать экспортные поставки минеральных удобрений более эффективными. На возможность реализации проекта повлияло осуществление мероприятий по развитию железнодорожной инфраструктуры на подходах к порту Мурманск, в том числе на западном берегу Кольского залива. В целях оказания содействия при реализации проекта заключено соглашение с правительством Мурманской области».

    Меморандум был подписан в присутствии врио губернатора Мурманской области Андрея Чибиса.

    «Это серьезный инфраструктурный проект, который объединяет производителей вокруг логистической задачи. Мы приветствуем приход в регион инвесторов, их активность, новое строительство», - подчеркнул А. Чибис.
