    «Новотранс» и Ленобласть подписали соглашение о сотрудничестве в реализации проекта создания универсального торгового терминала «Усть-Луга»

    В рамках Петербургского международного экономического форума Группа компаний (ГК) «Новотранс» и правительство Ленинградской области заключили соглашение о социально-экономическом сотрудничестве. Документ подписали губернатор Ленинградской области Александр Дрозденко и президент Группы компаний «Новотранс» Константин Гончаров.

    Как сообщает пресс-служба ООО ГК «Новотранс», соглашение заключено с целью установления долгосрочного сотрудничества cторон для реализации инвестиционного проекта создания универсального торгового терминала «Усть-Луга» в рамках развития 4, 5, 6-й очереди Комплекса генеральных грузов в морском порту Усть-Луга (проект LUGAPORT) с планируемым общим объемом инвестиций в размере 46,5 млрд руб. и поддержки социально-экономических программ, реализуемых на территории Ленинградской области.

    Стороны намерены взаимодействовать в направлении реализации указа президента РФ «О национальных целях и стратегических задачах развития Российской Федерации на период до 2024 года» и комплексного плана модернизации и расширения магистральной инфраструктуры на период до 2024 года, утвержденного распоряжением правительства РФ. Проект LUGAPORT включен в стратегию развития транспортной инфраструктуры РФ. Кроме того распоряжением правительства РФ №1184р от 3 июня 2019 года внесены изменения в схему территориального планирования Российской Федерации в области федерального транспорта. Документ, в частности, официально закрепляет за терминалом LUGAPORT его территориальные границы в морском порту Усть-Луга.   

    «Подписание соглашения с Ленинградской областью является подтверждением стратегии развития холдинга «Новотранс» активно инвестировать в развитие портовой инфраструктуры в РФ. Ленинградская область – это стратегически важный регион для увеличения экспортно-импортного потенциала России, - пояснил Константин Гончаров. – Помимо обязательств подключиться к реализации планов правительства по развитию отечественной инфраструктуры, соглашение содержит ряд положений, согласно которым Группа компаний «Новотранс» обязуется действовать как социально ответственный инвестор».

    «Строительство еще одного торгового терминала на территории Ленинградской области подтверждает оптимистичные прогнозы по стабильному увеличению объемов экспорта через порты региона. Кроме того, инвестиционный проект создает новые рабочие места для ленинградцев и вносит вклад в укрепление социально-экономического положения региона», — сказал Александр Дрозденко.
