    По итогам третьего этапа распределения инвестквот построят 10 судов и 4 завода

    По итогам аукциона в Росрыболовстве определены доли инвестиционных квот под строительство 4 рыбоперерабатывающих заводов и ярусолова для Северного бассейна, 9 судов для Дальнего Востока. Как сообщает пресс-служба Росрыболовства, объем дополнительных инвестиций составит более 56 млрд руб.

    Торги на понижение доли квот под каждый инвестиционный проект проводились в связи с тем, что количество заявок, прошедших отбор в ходе первого этапа заявительной кампании, превысило объем долей инвестквоты, оставшихся по результатам уже прошедших отборов.

    На аукционе распределены доли квот трески и пикши (6,622%) под строительство рыбоперерабатывающих предприятий и судов для Северного рыбохозяйственного бассейна, а также минтая, тихоокеанской сельди (36,831%) под строительство судов для Дальневосточного рыбохозяйственного бассейна.

    В торгах приняли участие: 5 компаний (АО «АТФ», ООО «Кедр плюс», ООО «Парк», ООО «Причал-Л», ООО Мурман-Карго»), планирующих строительство заводов по переработке трески и пикши на Севере; 2 компании (ООО «РК Вирма», ООО «ДЕФА фишинг») с проектами по строительству судов для добычи трески и пикши на Севере; 8 компаний (ООО «Русский монарх» - два проекта, ООО «Нордеко», ООО «Приморский Муссон», РК им. В.И. Ленина, АО «Акрос», АО «Блаф», АО «Сахалин-лизинг-флот», ООО «Ролиз»), реализующих проекты по строительству судов для добычи минтая и сельди на Дальнем Востоке.

    В процессе торгов от участия отказались ООО «Мурман-Карго» (завод малой мощности по переработке трески и пикши) и ООО «ДЕФА фишинг» (траулер-процессор для добычи трески и пикши).

    Таким образом, по итогам третьего этапа отбора инвестиционных проектов Росрыболовством будут закреплены доли инвестиционных квот под строительство:

    Для Дальневосточного бассейна: 5 крупнотоннажных траулеров-процессоров, длиной 105 метров, 4 траулеров-процессоров, длиной от 85 до 95 м;

    Для Северного бассейна: ярусолова-процессора, длиной свыше 55 м, завода большой мощности по переработке трески, пикши и иных видов рыб, завода средней мощности по переработке трески, пикши и иных видов рыб, двух заводов малой мощности по переработке трески, пикши и иных видов рыб.

    Напомним, по итогам прошедших двух этапов кампаний по распределению долей инвестквот заключены 33 договора по строительству судов, из которых 9 – для Дальневосточного и 24 – для Северного рыбохозяйственного бассейна. Подписаны также 22 договора по созданию 8 рыбоперерабатывающих заводов на Севере и 14 - на Дальнем Востоке.

    Суммарный объем инвестиций составил около 132 млрд руб., из которых 110 млрд руб. – на строительство судов и 22 млрд руб. – на строительство предприятий.

    В марте 2019 стартовал четвертый этап заявочной кампании, в рамках которого будут распределены доли квоты добычи донно-пищевых видов рыб.

    К концу 2019 года планируется завершение строительства 8 рыбоперерабатывающих заводов и 6 судов.
