  Tallink Grupp получит экспортный кредит от немецкого банка на новый быстроходный паром на СПГ топливе

  Tallink Superfast Ltd., дочерняя компания крупного паромного оператора в Балтике Tallink Grupp, подписала с KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH (дочернее отделение немецкого госбанка KfW) кредитное соглашение на сумму в 197,6 млн евро для финансирования нового скоростного парома на СПГ топливе. Стоимость нового парома составляет 247 млн евро. В сообщении Tallink Grupp говорится, что в настоящее время паром строится на судостроительном заводе Rauma Marine Constructions Oy.
  
  KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH оформит кредит и долгосрочное финансирование проекта. Финское экспортно-кредитное агентство Finnvera обеспечит 95% этого кредита после передачи судна в эксплуатацию.
  
  Кредит обеспечен закладной на новое судно и корпоративной гарантией AS Tallink Grupp. Этот экспортный кредит ОЭСР на поставку судна будет привлечен, ориентировочно, в начале 2022 года. Срок погашения кредита составляет 12 лет с момента привлечения.
  
  AS Tallink Grupp является одним из ведущих операторов грузопассажирских судов в северном регионе Балтийского моря. Компания владеет флотом из 16 судов и работает под брендами Tallink и Silja Line на шести маршрутах. В начале 2017 года компания запустила на маршруте Хельсинки-Таллин быстроходный паром нового поколения на СПГ топливе Megastar. В 2017 г. судами группы было перевезено 9,7 млн пассажиров. Численность персонала Tallink Grupp - 7 тыс. человек. Чистая прибыль компании за год составила составила 46,5 млн евро.
