    Совокупная мощность хранения новых отгрузочных площадок зерна в портах Волгоград и Камышин составит 60 тыс. тонн

    Совокупная мощность хранения новых отгрузочных площадок зерна в двух портах Волгоград и Камышин составит около 60 тыс. тонн. Как сообщает пресс-центр губернатора и правительства Волгоградской области, оба проекта находятся в завершающей стадии. К 2024 году регион планирует в два раза увеличить объем экспорта сельхозпродукции.

    Отмечается, что увеличение объема производства сельхозпродукции благодаря эффективному использованию мер государственной поддержки позволяет решать не только задачи по обеспечению продовольственной безопасности, но и наращивать экспортный потенциал отрасли.

    Волгоградская область активно включилась в реализацию нацпроекта «Международная кооперация и экспорт» — работа идет во всех отраслях, в том числе в сельском хозяйстве. Так, продолжается развитие необходимой для внешнеторговой деятельности инфраструктуры: помимо строительства новых отгрузочных площадок на воде, проводится модернизация элеваторных мощностей; с ОАО «РЖД» реализуется проект по созданию на станции Качалинской современного транспортно-логистического узла. На территории Волгоградской области расположено 60 элеваторов и хлебоприемных предприятий с потенциалом единовременного хранения зерна около четырех миллионов тонн. Ещё примерно на 2,5 млн тонн зерна рассчитаны склады сельскохозяйственных товаропроизводителей. Кроме Калачевского, Береславского и Камышинского портов в Волгоградской области функционируют шесть элеваторов и ХПП с возможностью отгрузки на воду: ООО «Волгоградский элеватор», ЗАО «Дубовское ХПП», ООО «Камышинская зерновая компания», ООО «Интертех», ООО «Прогресс», АО «Николаевское ХПП».

    По информации комитета сельского хозяйства, с начала 2019 года за пределы Волгоградской области отправлено 1,7 тыс. тонн зерна и маслосемян, в том числе 372 тыс. тонн на экспорт — почти вдвое больше, чем за аналогичный период 2018 года.

    Однако в последние годы за счет реализации инвестпроектов в сфере переработки сельхозпродукции произошли существенные изменения в структуре экспорта. Ввод в строй маслоэкстракционного завода «Каргилл Новоаннинский», модернизация Урюпинского МЭЗ позволяет перерабатывать 100% выращенного на территории области подсолнечника. Объемы масложировой продукции, поставляемой за рубеж, уже возросли с 38 тыс. тонн в 2014 году до 200 тыс. тонн в 2018 году. К 2024 году показатель должен приблизиться к 250 тыс. тонн.

    Кроме того, на базе нового предприятия в Новоаннинском районе налажено производство лецитина — первая партия объемом 20 тонн уже реализована. В течение ближайших пяти лет показатель по этому виду продукции может достигнуть 1,8 тыс. тонн.

    Еще одно новое экспортное направление — создание комплекса по глубокой переработке зерна кукурузы ООО «НьюБио». Пуско-наладочные работы планируется завершить в этом году. Проектной мощностью предусмотрена переработка 133 тыс. тонн сырья. Около 70% производимой продукции (мальтодекстрины, кукурузный крахмал, глютен) ориентировано на экспорт.

    За счет модернизации и загрузки действующих производств также предстоит увеличить экспортные поставки плодоовощной продукции: с 11 тыс. тонн в 2018 году до 50 тыс. тонн — в 2024 году.
