    В порту Усть-Луга началось строительство терминала LUGAPORT

    Холдинг «Новотранс», ОАО «Компания Усть-Луга» и  СУ «ГТ Морстрой» в рамках реализации инвестпроекта многофункционального терминального комплекса  LUGAPORT в морском порту Усть-Луга (Ленинградская область) приступили к строительству вертикального берегоукрепления. Об этом сообщает Группа компаний «Новотранс», которая выступает заказчиком строительства.

    Генеральным подрядчиком – Строительным управлением  «ГТ «Морстрой» -   развернуто три морских потока. В соответствии с графиком строительства комплекса выполняется погружение свай-оболочек.

    Как сообщалось ранее, в конце июля подготовленные ЗАО «ГТ Морстрой» (генеральный  проектировщик) проектная документация и результаты инженерных изысканий по объекту «Искусственные земельные участки под цели строительства морских терминалов 5-й, 6-й очередей комплекса генеральных грузов в МТП Усть-Луга» получили положительное заключение ФАУ «Главгосэкспертиза России». Федеральным агентством морского и речного транспорта (Росморречфлот) выдано разрешение на строительство.

    В рамках развития 4, 5, 6-й очередей Комплекса генеральных грузов в морском торговом порту Усть-Луга (Ленинградская обл.) Группа компаний «Новотранс» реализует инвестиционный проект строительства Универсального торгового терминала «Усть-Луга». Проект предусматривает создание морских терминалов по переработке зерна, пищевых грузов, а также генеральных и навалочных грузов. Общий объем перевалки запланирован на уровне 24,3 млн тонн в год. Инвестиции в проект составят 46,5 млрд руб.

    ОАО «Компания Усть-Луга» создано в 1992 году специально для реализации проекта строительства на Балтике в Лужской губе Финского залива Морского торгового порта Усть-Луга мощностью 180 млн тонн различных грузов в год.
