    Jan De Nul установила все двадцать фундаментов турбин для тайваньской ветроэлектростанции мощностью 120 МВт Formosa 1

    Международный подрядчик крупных морских инженерных проектов группа Jan De Nul завершила монтаж и установку всех двадцати монофундаментных столбов для турбин в рамках строительства второй очереди проекта морской ветроэлектростанции мощностью 120 МВт (Formosa 1 P 2) на Тайване, сообщает пресс-служба группы.

    Работы осуществляются в рамках контракта с оператором будущей ветроэлектростанции Formosa Wind Power Co. (Тайвань)

    В рамках контракта на строительство объектов вспомогательного производственного назначения электростанции Jan De Nul для установки 20 оснований ветряных турбин задействовало свое судно Seaway Yudin.

    Основания состоят из монофундаментного столба и переходной конструкции с цементированным соединением. Вес монофудаментных столбов варьируются от 752 до 1230 тонн при максимальном диаметре 8,4 м и длиной от 60,1 до 79,5 м. Каждая из переходных частей весит 465 тонн и состоит из пяти внутренних платформ, внешней платформы и причально-посадочного места.

    Jan De Nul Group менее чем за год выполнила весь объем работ от изготовления, морской транспортировки, погрузке и выгрузке в сортировочной гавани в порту Тайчжун до установки всех 20 фундаментных столбов в море. Одновременно идут полным ходом работы по защите объектов от кавитационной эрозии, прокладка веток подводного кабеля.

    Вторая очередь морской ветроэлектростанции Formosa 1 принадлежит оператору Formosa I Wind Power Co. Ltd., совместному предприятию Orsted A / S (35%), JERA (32,5%), Macquarie Capital (25%) и Swancor Holding (7,5%). Тайваньская морская ветроэлектростанция Formosa 1 расположена в 3 км от побережья Мяоли. Первая очередь проекта ветропарка включает установку двух демонстрационных ветротурбин Siemens мощностью 4 МВт - первых турбин, установленных у побережья Тайваня.

    Вторая очередь проекта Formosa 1, генподрядчиком которой была выбрана группа Jan De Nul, включает увеличение мощности ветроэлектростанции Formosa добавлением двадцати 6-МВт турбин с общей выходной мощностью 120 МВт. Formosa 1 станет первой коммерческой морской ветровой электростанцией в Тайване с вводом в эксплуатацию до 2020 года.

    Группа компаний Jan De Nul (головной офис Люксембург, Бельгия) основана в 1938 году. Компания находится в семейной собственности. Jan De Nul специализируется на строительстве и поддержании морской инфраструктуры по всему миру. Большая часть оборота группы (85%) приходится на дноуглубительные работы.     Jan De Nul участвовала в нескольких проектах морских ветропарков в Бельгии, Великобритании, Швеции, Дании, Финляндии и Германии. В прошлом году компания впервые получила контракт за пределами Европы: проектирование и монтаж ветротурбин в рамках второй очереди проекта ветропарков Чжанхуа и Формоза 1, первого проекта ветровых электростанций в Тайване. В 2016 году в Бельгии компания установила турбины для морского ветропарка Nobelwind с 50 турбинами мощностью по 3,3 МВт каждая. В 2019 году группа приступит к установке морского ветропарка Northwester 2 (23 турбины / 9,5 МВт).
