    Цены бункерное топливо 28 августа могут показать разнонаправленные изменения в пределах плюс-минус $4-7 за тонну - аналитики MABUX

    Значения Мирового бункерного индекса MABUX (индекс, рассчитываемый по текущим ценам на основные виды бункерного топлива в пуле ведущих портов мира), продолжили разнонаправленные изменения по итогам 27 августа 2019 года, говорится в аналитическом обзоре, предоставленном ИАА «ПортНьюс» компанией Marine Bunker Exchange (MABUX).

    MGO - USD/MT – 637,35 (-1,96)

    Мировые нефтяные индексы, в свою очередь, также продолжили разнонаправленные колебания 27 августа на фоне противоречивых заявлений президента США Дональда Трампа относительно торговых отношений с Китаем.

    Октябрьский фьючерс нефти Brent на ICE в Лондоне вырос на $0,81 за баррель до $59,51. Октябрьский фьючерс на легкую малосернистую нефть на NYMEX в Нью-Йорке подорожал на $1,29 и показал $54,93 за баррель. Спред между котировками составил $4,58 против $5,06 сессией ранее. Сентябрьский фьючерс на газойль потерял $4,50.

    Сегодня утром торги на ведущих биржах мира продолжают умеренное восходящее движение.

    Рынок продолжил отыгрывать сделанные 26 августа заявления Трампа о возможности введения отсрочки на повышение пошлин на товары из Китая. Кроме того, по словам Трампа, Китай связался с американскими торговыми представителями и выразил желание вернуться за стол переговоров. Данные комментарии способствовали ослаблению напряженности на рынках, которая усилилась 23 августа из-за эскалации торгового конфликта между двумя крупнейшими мировыми экономиками.

    Вместе с тем, часть рынка настроена достаточно скептично относительно шансов завершения торговой войны между США и Китаем, заявляя, что пока не будет уверенности в достижении торговой договоренности между США и КНР, замедление роста мировой экономики будет продолжаться, а прибыль компаний по всему миру будет находиться под давлением.

    Кроме того, 27 августа президент Ирана Хасан Роухани исключил переговоры с президентом США Дональдом Трампом до тех пор, пока не будут сняты санкции против Тегерана. Американские экономические санкции против Ирана позволили снизить экспорт нефти из этой страны, в дополнение к усилиям ОПЕК относительно восстановления баланса на мировом рынке нефти. Предполагается, что перемирие между Трампом и Роухани может снизить напряженность на Ближнем Востоке и способно привести к снижению цен на нефть на $5-10 за баррель.

    Страны соглашения о сокращении добычи нефти ОПЕК+ ожидают значительного сокращения коммерческих запасов нефти и нефтепродуктов в мире во втором полугодии 2019 года за счет действия нефтяной сделки. Страны ОПЕК+ в июле выполнили соглашение о сокращении добычи нефти на 159% против 137% месяцем ранее. Этот высокий уровень соблюдения условий сделки компенсировал неопределенность на рынке из-за продолжающегося беспокойства по поводу экономического роста.

    Американский институт нефти (API) сообщил 27 августа, что запасы нефти в США за минувшую неделю упали сразу на 11 млн баррелей после сокращения на 3,5 млн баррелей неделей ранее. Прогнозы ожидают менее значительного сокращения запасов: на 2,1 млн баррелей. Официальные данные о запасах от министерства энергетики страны будут опубликованы позднее сегодня.

    «Мы полагаем, что сегодня цены бункерное топливо могут показать разнонаправленные изменения в пределах плюс-минус $4-7 за тонну», - отмечается в обзоре.
