    ACO Marine за год получила большое количество заказов на свои жироотделители Lipator для судовых систем очистки сточных вод

    В ACO Marine отмечают рост спроса на свои жироотделители Lipator для судовых систем очистки сточных вод. В период с июля по октябрь 2019 года ACO Marine, подразделение группы компаний ACO Group, заключило большое количество контрактов на поставку жироотделителей Lipator для строящихся судов или для модернизации установок очистки имеющихся судов. При этом, как отмечается в сообщении компании, заказы поступили не от самих верфей, а от компаний, занимающихся интеграцией систем, или от производителей оригинального оборудования, некоторые из которых производят собственные очистные установки.

    Одним из проектов, реализуемых одной из компаний, занимающейся установкой оборудования и которая заказала у ACO Marine жироотделитель серии Lipator NS4-S-RM, является оборудование очистными установками 170-метрового экспедиционного круизного судна, которое сейчас строится на одной из итальянских верфей. Аналогичное устройство также будет поставлено для второго судна в серии.

    ACO Marine также поставила блоки Lipator для проектов модернизации очистных систем сторонним производителями. Например для переоборудования очистной установки круизного судна Oosterdam класса Vista круизной компании Holland America Lines, а также для плавучих систем добычи, хранения и отгрузки нефти FPSO Guanabara MV31 и FPSO Mizton MV34, которые сейчас проходят конверсию по заказу Modec на китайской верфи DSIC. Установка сепаратора Lipator NS2-S-RA на борту первого танкера FPSO была завершена в феврале, а затем в августе аналогичным устройством было оборудован второй танкер. В июле блоки серий Lipator NS4-S-RM и Lipator NS10-S-RM были установлены на борту судна Oosterdam.

    По мнению представителей ACO Marine некоторые проекты модернизации очистных систем, в которых приняла участие компания, стали прямым результатом вступления в силу в 2016 году резолюции ИМО MEPC 227 (64), по которой устанавливаются более строгие требования к очистке сточных вод.

    В то же время ACO Marine, ожидающая в 2020 году повторных заказов на поставку своей технологии, продолжает получать заказы напрямую от верфей.

    За последний год жироотделители Lipator были установлены на борту военного патрульного судна, круизного лайнера Amadea и мегаяхт длиной 79,95 м и 160 м. В начале 2020 года еще одна система Lipator будет поставлена для третьей мегаяхты.

    Компания ACO Marine была основана 15 лет назад. Сегодня она входит в международную группу компаний ACO Group с головным офисом в Германии. ACO Marine является ведущим поставщиком новейших систем очистки сточных вод для коммерческих судов, военных судов, морских добывающих плавучих объектов, а также для прогулочных яхт.
