    Цены на бункерное топливо 10 сентября могут продолжить рост - аналитики MABUX

    Значения Мирового бункерного индекса MABUX (индекс, рассчитываемый по текущим ценам на основные виды бункерного топлива в пуле ведущих портов мира), продолжили рост по итогам 9 сентября 2019 года, говорится в аналитическом обзоре, предоставленном ИАА «ПортНьюс» компанией Marine Bunker Exchange (MABUX).

    Мировые нефтяные индексы, в свою очередь, также выросли 9 сентября после сообщения о намерении Саудовской Аравии сохранить приверженность соглашения ОПЕК+ о снижении объёмов нефтедобычи:

    Ноябрьский фьючерс нефти Brent на ICE в Лондоне вырос на $1,05 за баррель до $62,59. Октябрьский фьючерс на легкую малосернистую нефть на NYMEX в Нью-Йорке подорожал на $1,33 и показал $57,85 за баррель. Спред между котировками составил $4,74 против $5,02 сессией ранее. Сентябрьский фьючерс на газойль вырос на $16,75.

    Сегодня утром торги на ведущих биржах мира продолжают рост нефтяных индексов на новостях о том, Саудовская Аравия намерена продолжить сокращение добычи нефти после назначения нового министра по энергетике.

    В воскресенье, 8 сентября, Саудовская Аравия объявила, что новым главой министерства энергетики назначен сын короля — принц Абдель Азиз бен Сальман Аль Сауд. С 2016 года этот пост занимал Халид аль-Фалих. Ранее в понедельник министр нефти Омана Мухаммед ар-Румхи заявил, что не ожидает изменений в политике ОПЕК+ после смены главы минэнерго Саудовской Аравии. Новый глава минэнерго Саудовской Аравии в свою очередь отметил, что в экономике страны не произойдет радикальных изменений.

    Вместе с тем, по результатам исследования агентства Reuters, в странах ОПЕК в августе добыча нефти выросла впервые в этом году из-за повышения добычи в Ираке и Нигерии, которая превысила снижение добычи в Саудовской Аравии и сокращения добычи, вызванными санкциями США против Ирана.

    8 сентября министр энергетики ОАЭ Сухейль аль-Мазруи заявил, что производители ОПЕК и вне ОПЕК+ полны решимости восстановить баланс на рынке нефти и что Абу-Даби поддержит любое консенсус-решение относительно дальнейшего сокращения добычи.

    Очередное двухдневное заседание министерского мониторингового комитета ОПЕК+ стартует 11 сентября.

    Среди факторов, оказавших поддержку нефтяному рынку - продолжающееся снижение числа действующих буровых установок в США. По данным Baker Hughes, число установок на прошлой неделе сократилось на 4 единицы - до 738 штук, а также снижение запасов нефти в США на 4,77 млн баррелей на прошлой неделе.

    В то же время, министр финансов США Стивен Мнучин заявил в интервью телеканалу Fox Business о большом прогрессе на переговорах с Китаем, и что визит китайской делегации в Вашингтон станет «сигналом доброй воли».

    «Мы полагаем, что сегодня цены на бункерное топливо могут продолжить рост. Цены на тяжелые сорта могут вырасти на $3-5, дизельное топливо может подорожать на $10-15», - отмечается в обзоре.
