    АBB обеспечит автономные операции буксира в порту Сингапур

    Компания ABB подписала контракт с сингапурской верфью Keppel Offshore & Marine (Keppel O & M), который позволит обеспечить автономную эксплуатацию буксирного судна в 2020 году в порту Сингапур, говорится в сообщении ABB.

    АBB совместно с Keppel Marine и Deepwater Technology (KMDTech), инженерным подразделением Keppel O & M, разработают технологию для управления автономных судов. ABB оборудует 32-метровый портовый буксир передовыми цифровыми решениями для автономных операций. По завершении этого проекта, судно станет первым в Южной Азии автономным буксиром.

    Буксир находится в управлении СП Keppel Offshore & Marine Keppel Smit Towage. После модернизации судно выполнит навигационные операции в специально отведенном для этого испытательном районе в порту Сингапур. Управление судном будет осуществляться с берегового центра. На втором этапе проекта буксир будет выполнять в удаленном режиме задачи по предотвращению столкновений.

    Отмечается, что у компании уже есть опыт в разработке автономных решений для судов. В ноябре 2018 года были проведены испытания пассажирского парома Suomenlinna II в удаленном режиме в порту Хельсинки. Порт Сингапур отличается высокой интенсивностью движения судов: сюда ежегодно совершают судозаходы более 130 тыс. судов, что повышает уровень сложности испытаний.

    Неотъемлемой частью испытаний будет портфель решений ABB Ability ™ Marine Pilot, которые обеспечивают цикл от восприятия, принятия решения до выполнения действия, необходимый для любой автономной операции. ABB Ability ™ Marine Pilot Vision обеспечит объединение датчиков от действующих и новых систем для создания цифровой ситуационной осведомленности, в то время как ABB Ability ™ Marine Pilot Control выполнит необходимые контрольные команды.

    Буксировочные операции по маневрированию судами, заходящими в порт, очень сложные. Кроме того, иногда буксирным судам приходится преодолевать достаточно большие расстояния, чтобы добраться до места назначения. Во время таких переходов навигация буксира может выполняться в автономном режиме при дистанционном контроле, что позволит экипажу отдохнуть и когда понадобится, взять на себя управление буксиром.

    KMDTech будет сотрудничать с Морской и портовой администрацией  Сингапура (MPA) и Технологическим центром для шельфового и морского сегмента Сингапура (TCOMS) для разработки различных технологий и выполнит системную интеграцию автономных решений. Классификационное общество ABS выдаст принципиальное одобрение новых функций, таких как дистанционное управление навигацией судна и автономная система управления.
