    За строительством Приморского УПК проследит общественный совет – Александр Дрозденко

    Решение о создании общественного наблюдательного совета за строительством нового порта в Приморске (Приморский универсальный перегрузочный комплекс) принял 29 ноября 2019 года глава региона Александр Дрозденко в ходе очередного заседания Общественного экологического Совета при губернаторе Ленинградской области. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба областного правительства.

    Он также предложил Департаменту Росприроднадзора по Северо-Западному федеральному округу провести замеры воздуха в зоне строительства подъездных путей к порту и пообещал общественникам усилить контроль за экологической безопасностью работ.

    «Ленинградская область развивается очень быстрыми темпами, а стабильная экономика – залог привлекательности региона для населения. Люди остаются там, где есть работа. Но сегодня мы можем позволить себе выбирать те инвестиционные программы, которые, действительно, нужны. Поэтому все проекты мы рассматриваем, в первую очередь, с точки зрение экологических рисков», – заявил Дрозденко.

    Глава региона подчеркнул, что строительство нового торгового порта в Приморске является стратегическим проектом, призванным обеспечить растущие потребности российской экономики, транспортную и торговую безопасность страны. Со своей стороны, регион прилагает все усилия для того, чтобы снизить антропогенную нагрузку на экосистему и сохранить уникальные рекреационные зоны Ленинградской области.

    Кроме того, по словам Дрозденко, в 2020 году в Ленинградской области запланировано проведение масштабного исследования по комплексной оценке влияния экономики на окружающую среду.

    Напомним, проект универсально-перегрузочного комплекса «Приморский УПК» предусматривает создание морского терминала в порту Приморск (Выборгский район Ленобласти) общей мощностью 70 млн тонн в год, в том числе 25 млн тонн угля, 7 млн тонн минудобрений, 3 млн TEUs, 2 млн тонн генгрузов, 6 млн тонн зерна, с возможностью приема судов дедвейтом до 200 тыс. тонн и осадкой до 16 м. В рамках проекта предполагается построить складской логистический центр площадью порядка 50 га. Объем инвестиций оценивается в 170 млрд руб. Проект реализуется частным инвестором.
