    Перевозки по Севморпути на 29 ноября 2019 года выросли почти на 70% - до 27,59 млн тонн

    Общий объем перевозок в акватории Северного морского пути (Севморпуть, СМП) на 29 ноября 2019 года с начала года составил 27 млн 593 тыс. 76 тыс. тонн, что почти на 70% превышает показатель аналогичного периода прошлого года. Такие данные привел в докладе заместитель министра транспорта РФ Юрий Цветков, выступивший на пленарном заседании  IX Международного форума «Арктика: настоящее и будущее», который открылся 5 декабря в Санкт-Петербурге, сообщает пресс-служба Рочсморречфлота.

    При этом рост транзитного грузопотока составил около 40% (697,277 тыс. тонн в сравнении с 491,342 тыс. тонн в сопоставимый период 2018 года).

    Кроме того, Юрий Цветков подчеркнул, что принимаемые Россией меры и запланированные к осуществлению мероприятия позволят обеспечить высокий уровень безопасности мореплавания и экологии в акватории Севморпути.

    Заминистра представил участникам форума информацию об осуществлении ледокольных проводок в акватории арктической водной магистрали, развитии  навигационно-гидрографического и поисково-спасательного обеспечения, включая строительство нового современного ледокольного, аварийно-спасательного, гидрографического и лоцмейстерского флота.

    В рамках федерального проекта «Северный морской путь», входящего в Комплексный план модернизации и расширения магистральной инфраструктуры на период до 2024 года, сообщил он, будут реализованы мероприятия по строительству объектов Глобальной морской системы связи при бедствии и для обеспечения безопасности (2021 г.), реконструкция объектов инфраструктуры базы технического флота Северного филиала ФГБУ «Морспасслужба» в порту Мурманск (2022 год) и многое другое.

    Как отметил Юрий Цветков, для обеспечения безопасности перевозок в акватории СМП, по мнению Минтранса России, немало сделано, как на национальном, так и на международном уровне. Он напомнил, что Правила плавания в акватории СМП уже сейчас содержат требование о предоставлении документов, подтверждающих выполнение на судне положений Полярного кодекса, если такие положения применимы к соответствующему судну при получении разрешения. А капитаны морских портов при заходе таких судов в российский порт проверяют выполнение требований Полярного кодекса на иностранных судах в рамках осуществления государственного портового контроля.

    Все уже выполненные и запланированные мероприятия, в том числе, осуществляемые в рамках упомянутого федерального проекта, подчеркнул заместитель министра транспорта России, позволят обеспечить высокий уровень безопасности мореплавания и защиты морской среды в акватории Северного морского пути.

    IX Международный форум «Арктика: настоящее и будущее», который продлится до 7 декабря, организован МОО «Ассоциация полярников».

    Как ожидается, в мероприятиях форума примут участие более 2500 человек, в том числе, делегации более 40 российских регионов, включая все арктические, и 20 иностранных государств, в том числе стран-участников и наблюдателей Арктического Совета.
