    Цены на бункерное топливо 21 января могут вырасти: на IFO - на $1-3, на дизельное топливо - на $6-8 - аналитики MABUX

    Значения Мирового бункерного индекса MABUX (индекс, рассчитываемый по текущим ценам на основные виды бункерного топлива в пуле ведущих портов мира), продемонстрировали разнонаправленные изменения по итогам 20 января 2020 года, говорится в аналитическом обзоре, предоставленном ИАА «ПортНьюс» компанией Marine Bunker Exchange (MABUX).

    Мировые нефтяные индексы, в свою очередь, выросли 20 января на новостях о сокращении добычи в Ираке и Ливии.

    Мартовский фьючерс нефти Brent на ICE в Лондоне вырос на $0,35 до $65,20 за баррель. Мартовский фьючерс на легкую малосернистую нефть на NYMEX в Нью-Йорке н подорожал на $0,22 до $58,76 за баррель. Спред между котировками составил $6,44 против $6,31 сессией ранее. Февральский фьючерс на газойль прибавил $8,00.

    Сегодня утром торги на ведущих биржах мира показывают слабое снжение котировок в рамках коррекции после вчерашнего роста.

    Росту цен способствует приостановка Ираком добычи на месторождении Аль-Ахдаб на фоне эскалации массовых протестов в стране. Производство нефти на месторождении, разработку которого вела китайская CNPC, составляет около 70 тыс. баррелей в сутки. Еще одно нефтяное месторождение в Ираке - Бадра - также находится под угрозой приостановки добычи, по данным агентства Bloomberg.На прошлой неделе Международное энергетическое агентство (IEA) отметило, что поставки из Ирака «потенциально уязвимы» из-за растущих политических рисков в стране. Напряженность на Ближнем Востоке усилилась в начале года после того, как в результате авиаудара США погиб иранский генерал Касем Сулеймани.

    Поддержку нефтяным котировкам также оказывает блокирование экспортных портов сторонниками Ливийской национальной армии (ЛНА) Халифы Хафтара. Ливийская National Oil Corporation (NOC) объявила форс-мажор, что позволяет Ливии приостановить исполнение контрактов на поставку нефти. По прогнозу компании, добыча может сократиться на 800 тыс. б/c, что приведет сокращению доходов на $55 млн в день.

    По данным организации «Совместная инициатива по нефтяной статистике» (JODI), Россия в ноябре вновь сохранила второе место в мире по объему нефтедобычи с показателем в 10,634 млн баррелей в сутки, США сохранили мировое лидерство (13,3 млн баррелей нефти в сутки) на третьем месте — Саудовская Аравия (9,9 млн баррелей в сутки).

    Несмотря на сокращение добычи, Международное энергетическое агентство (МЭА) на прошлой неделе сохранило прогноз роста поставок нефти из стран, не входящих в ОПЕК, в 2020 году на уровне 2,1 млн б/с. МЭА также отметило избыток запасов на глобальном рынке и расширение объемов добычи сланцевой нефти США.

    Кроме того, Международный валютный фонд (МВФ) незначительно повысил прогноз мировых цен на нефть на 2020 год на $0,09  — до $58,03 за баррель. Средняя цена барреля нефти на 2021 год прогнозируется на уровне $55,31 за баррель.

    «Мы полагаем, что сегодня цены на бункерное топливо вырастут. Цены на IFO могут вырасти на $1-3, дизельное топливо может подорожать на $6-8», - отмечается в обзоре.
