    СК «Звезда» спустит на воду первый в России танкер типа «Афрамакс» в мае 2020 года

    Строительство головного судна из серии танкеров класса «Афрамакс», заложенное на стапеле судостроительного комплекса (СК) «Звезда», вошло в завершающую стадию. Ход работ осмотрел губернатор Приморского края Олег Кожемяко во время рабочей поездки в Большой Камень 21 января 2020 года, сообщает пресс-служба правительства региона.

    Серия танкеров типа «Афрамакс» включает 12 судов. Сейчас в цехах и на стапеле предприятия изготавливают и собирают секции первых четырех.

    Как рассказал врио директора АО «Дальневосточный центр судостроения и судоремонта» Константин Лаптев, по контракту первый танкер должны спустить на воду в мае 2020 года, сдать – в сентябре-октябре 2020 года. «Но мы постараемся выполнить работы с опережением», – отметил он.

    Вес пустого судна – 25 тыс. тонн. Для успешного спуска танкера на воду, его загрузят балластом – еще 10 тыс. тонн воды. Отмечается, что такого в России еще не делали.

    «Танкеры таких размеров не делали даже в Советском Союзе, его водоизмещение – 114 тысяч тонн, длина – 258 метров, ширина – 46 метров», – подчеркнул Константин Лаптев.

    Танкеры «Афрамакс» станут первыми судами такого типа, построенными в России. Самая современная в стране судоверфь оснащена передовым оборудованием, позволяющим применять высокоточные методы разметки, сварки и резки металла, включая лазерные, а также 3D-моделирование.

    По словам Олега Кожемяко, к данному проекту и в целом к судостроительному комплексу «Звезда» сегодня приковано внимание президента РФ Владимира Путина, который посещает верфь ежегодно.

    «Для Приморья – это новые технологии, рабочие места, прорыв в судостроении, потому что суда таких размеров в стране никогда не строились. За ними пойдут газовозы, атомоходы, ледоколы», – обозначил Губернатор.

    По словам главы региона, задача власти – сделать так, чтобы такому уровню технологий отвечала и социальная инфраструктура муниципалитета: жилье, детские сады, школы, общественные пространства.

    «Еще многое предстоит сделать, планы уже сформированы. Думаю, к моменту набора мощности заводом Большой Камень будет соответствовать облику передового города Российской Федерации», – заявил глава края.

    «Зеленые» «Афрамаксы» предназначены для перевозки сырой нефти и нефтепродуктов в неограниченном районе плавания. Судно спроектировано с соблюдением высоких экологических стандартов: главная и вспомогательная энергетические установки могут работать на экологически чистом топливе – сжиженном природном газе.
