    ОАО "Выборгский судостроительный завод" намерен задействовать около 500 субподрядчиков при строительстве плавучих буровых установок

    ОАО "Выборгский судостроительный завод" намерен задействовать около 500 российских и иностранных субподрядчиков при строительстве двух полупогружных платформ (плавучих буровых установок) для освоения Штокмановоского газового месторождения по заключенному недавно контракту с "Газфлотом". Как передает 47News, об этом журналистам рассказали руководители завода. По словам генерального директора завода Валерия Левченко подписанию договора с Газфлотом предшествовала длительная проработка вопросов в с поставщиками главного оборудования для новых платформ, которая была начата еще в 2006 году. Планируется задействовать фирмы из Норвегии, Сингапура, Финляндии, Хорватии и Южной Кореи.

    При этом он напомнил, что Выборгский судостроительный завод единственное предприятие в России, кто еще с советских времен обладает большим опытом строительства плавучих буровых установок. Что же касается активного использования субподрядчиков и контрагентов, тот как пояснил председатель совета директоров завода Георгий Порядин: "сегодня ни одна судоверфь не делает все у себя дома. Верфи собирают такие уникальные буровые установки из блоков, которые делаются во всем мире". Первая платформа для "Газфлота" будет сдана в октябре 2010 года, вторая – в марте 2011 года. Новые бурильные установки относятся к 6-му поколению подобного рода глубоководных полупогружных платформ. В качестве базового был выбран лицензионный проект платформы MOSS CS-50.

    Установки будут представлять собой самоходные плавучие сооружения катамаранного типа с двумя понтонами и шестью стабилизирующими колоннами. Экипаж каждой платформы – 128 человек. Максимальная глубина бурения, включая глубину воды, 7,5 км. Платформы способны погружаться на глубину до 500 метров. Гарантированный срок эксплуатации каждой платформы 20 лет при возможности продления срока службы еще на 30 лет.

    В настоящее время на Выборгском строительном заводе разработана трехлетняя программа модернизации производства. Общий объем инвестиций должен составить 800 млн. руб. На состоявшемся недавно собрании акционеров уже принято решение о выделение на реконструкцию завода 471 млн. руб. На эти в средства, в частности, предполагается построить новую сушильную камеру, закупить линию обработки металла, машину для резки металла, построить общежитие для субподрядчиков, работающих на заводе вахтовым методом, а также повысить зарплату рабочим.

    В 2008 году завод планирует стать безубыточным предприятием. Пока что у завода от его прежних владельцев – ЗАО "Ако Барсс Групп" осталось более 1 млрд. руб. долгов. Сейчас на Выборгском судостроительном заводе начаты работы по строительству платформы для компании Sea Dragon Offshore и ведутся достроечные работы на судне снабжения платформ для норвежской компании Karmsund Maritime Services AS. В течение месяца завод поставит в Финляндию гранд-блоки для круизных океанских лайнеров.
