RF Trade and Economic Development Ministry develops proposals on differentiation of oil products export duties RF Trade and Economic Development Ministry and relevant authorities discuss differentiation of oil products export duty depending on refining depth. The corresponding proposal is to be ready in the nearest future, the Minister Elvira Nabiullina told Thursday according to Neft Rossii referring to RIA Novosti. "If we are to export not only crude but oil products (first of all, light products) as well, we are to differentiate export duties depending on refining depth," the Minister told journalists.
