Yes, it is really connected with the additional financial costs, with an additional financial burden, but I believe such a step must be taken. Thus it is necessary to clearly define what facilities will be subject to compulsory insurance. A bill is introduced to the State Duma. I would ask our deputoes to expedite work on this document.
