Within the framework of a business programme of the 10th international exhibition «NEVA-2009»  held in St. Petersburg on September 24, 2009 in the Pavilion No7 of LENEXPO exhibition complex information & analytical agency PortNews (www.portnews.ru) holds a conference "Beyond the crisis outline. New routes of water transport development" in association with the RF Ministry of Transport. The event is arranged with the support of the Association of Sea Commercial Ports (ASOP).

You are welcome to participate in the conference. The draft programme and the terms are below.

The delegates of the conference "Beyond the crisis outline. New routes of water transport development" will be provided with free invitations to participate in The Second International Arctic Conference at the exhibition «NEVA-2009» (September 22). Cost of participation for one company representative – RUR 15,000. Participation of two or more representatives costs RUR 10,000 per each.

Participants of Neva-2009 exhibition and ASOP members are allowed to participate at reduced cost: 10,000 per one representative or RUR 8,000 per each of two or more company delegates. The service is exempt from VAT.

The Conference participants are entitled to visit exhibition halls of Neva-2009.
