Media tour “Finland Maritime and Offshore - Icebreaker Technologies” was held in Finland on January 26-27, 2016. The tour was arranged by Finnfacts (independent and non-profit media service unit that operates as an interface between international media and Finnish industry and business) in cooperation with Finpro (publicly funded organization that helps Finnish companies go international, encourages foreign direct investment in Finland and promotes tourism) and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland.

This media tour introduced several Finnish hi-tech companies and research institutes that are concentrated in icebreaker technologies, icebreaking itself as well as arctic shipping conditions.
