KONTUR and KONTUR SPb (Baltic Fuel Company Group subsidiaries) have been certified by the Federal Tax Service as organisation conducting transactions with middle distillates, BFC Group told IAA PortNews.
The certificates are provided by Saint-Petersburg Department of Federal Tax Service to allow the companies sell excisable bunker at Big Port St. Petersburg.
IAA PortNews earlier told about amendments into the Tax Code of the Russian Federation effective from January 1, 2016. Those amendments introduced an excise tax on middle distillates which include all types of light fuel being used for bunkering of vessels.
Legislation provides for refunding of excise to organizations included into the register of bunker suppliers and certified by FTS.
