• Turkish Commercial Attache has included in decision of problem about paying wages to the sailors

    2016 March 31

Two law processes about debt collection of wages to the sailors of vessels “Pudozh” and “Loukhi” ended positively in Proletarky District Court of Rostov-on-Don. But, unfortunately, the court decisions aren’t the guarantee of satisfying the claims of injured party. Thus, at present, these decisions isn’t executed by the debtor (Turkish company Kent Shipping and Chartering Ltd., which is headed presumable by Erduran Y.K.) and companies connected with it («Sailtrade Denizcilik Ve Ticaret Ltd.STI», «Saluta Shipping Ltd.»).

Thereupon, Law firm “Stepanov & Aksuk”, as the representative of sailors, handed 17 of March 2016 to the Commercial Attache of General Consulate of Republic of Turkey the request for support in execution of court decisions and debt collection of wages from mentioned above companies.

The answer, as result of consideration of the request from General Consulate of Republic of Turkey in Novorossiysk, was received, which reported that the information about this conflict was sent to the competent authorities of Turkey.
