LLC «Marine Recruiting Agency» (MRA) has entered the state-organized employment programme carried out by Saint-Petersburg state autonomous institution “Saint-Petersburg Employment Centre”.
In the framework of the above programme in July MRA provided proactive training* for workers of Saint-Petersburg enterprise in one of the most popular trades in the company – “Longshoreman (mooring master)”. MRA also provides additional training for the workers of this enterprise in “Safe method of working at height”. Till the end of this month MRA will train 32 people.
“Saint-Petersburg Employment Centre” forwards employees of the companies, participating in the programme, to MRA where they complete proactive training with the aim of personnel development of the contracting company.
The programme “The State Guarantees and Active Regional Employment Policy” is part of the state programme “Employment Promotion in Saint-Petersburg in 2015-2020” adopted by the Government Decree of the City of Saint-Petersburg on July 17, 2014. The programme promotes development of employment market by means of the maximal use of labour potential.
*Proactive training programme – proactive professional training and internship of employees of the companies which carry out restructuring and modernization of their operations in accordance with investment projects.

MRA was established in 2001 and is a subsidiary company of JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg”.
Since January 01, 2016 the company has been accredited by Federal Service on Labour and Employment for performing the activities related to provision of personnel.
The Agency has its own Training Centre with its own technical infrastructure. Its functions are primary training, re-qualification and advanced training on the basis of various educational programmes.
