    МССЗ проведет капремонт теплохода «Айсберг» (фото)

    ОАО «Московский судостроительный и судоремонтный завод» (МССЗ) подписал контракт с Волго-Балтийским государственным бассейновым управлением водных путей и судоходства на выполнение работ по капитальному ремонту буксирного теплохода «Айсберг»,  проекта №1427 для Вытегорского района гидросооружений и судоходства-филиала Волго-Балтийского государственного бассейнового управления водных путей и судоходства. Как сообщает пресс-служба судостроительного предприятия, срок выполнения работ до 1 июля 2013 года.

    Согласно официально опубликованным итогам проведенного открытого аукциона на капитальный ремонт буксирного теплохода «Айсберг»  ОАО «Московский судостроительный и судоремонтный завод» был признан победителем.
     
    Буксирный теплоход «Айсберг» проекта 1427 был построен в 1979 году в г. Кострома по проекту ЦКБ «Нептун».  Судно предназначено для выполнения буксирно-транспортных работ в акватории ремонтно-отстойного пункта Вытегорского района гидросооружений и судоходства.

    Капитальный ремонт буксира производится в связи с физическим и моральным износом судна. Техническая документация на капремонт разработана в ООО «ГЦКБ Речфлота» и согласована с Российским Речным Регистром (РРР). Согласно перечню работ МССЗ предоставит заказчику абсолютно обновленный теплоход, отвечающий новейшим требованиям РРР по безопасности и эксплуатации.   На буксире будет проведена работа по смене обшивы, произведена замена главных двигателей и энергетической установки, в соответствии с проектом на судне будут монтироваться вновь изготовленные валопроводы в сборе и грибные винты,  будут установлены средства связи, навигации и сигнализации, в том числе комплект аппаратуры ГЛОНАСС/GPS/.

    Технические характеристики  теплохода «Айсберг»: длина: 20,12 м, ширина: 17,4 м, мощность ГД - 314,8 кВт, скорость 19,0 км/ч, осадка  1,50 м.
     
    «Московский судостроительный и судоремонтный завод» основан в 1936 году. За все годы существования на верфи было построено более 1800 судов общей габаритной длиной более 52 тыс. м. МССЗ производит речные пассажирские суда, катера, водоизмещающие моторные яхты класса luxury длиной от 25 до 50 м. Завод является подразделением ОАО «Объединенная судостроительная корпорация».

    В сентябре 2011 года завод начал строительство скоростных многоцелевых катеров МРВ14 для морских портов России. Одновременно с 2011 года ведется строительство серии из 27 обстановочных катеров проекта 3050 и 12 обстановочных катеров проекта 3050.1 для обслуживания внутренних водных путей. С середины 2012 года завод начал строительство бортовых катеров для нужд военно-морского флота.
