  ДВМП приняло решение о ликвидации ООО «ФЕСКО Строй»

  ОАО «Дальневосточное морское пароходство» (ДВМП)  принято решение о ликвидации ООО «ФЕСКО Строй». Как указано в материалах ДВМП, пароходство являлось единственным участником ликвидируемого общества.
  
  ОАО «Дальневосточное морское пароходство» является судоходной компанией и перевозчиком навалочных и генеральных грузов. Морские перевозки флота пароходства, состоящего из 67 судов суммарным дедвейтом более 900 тыс. тонн, охватывают практически весь мировой океан. Входит в транспортную группу FESCO, созданную на базе компании. Чистая прибыль пароходства по РСБУ за 2011 год сократилась почти на 88% и составила 113 млн 849 тыс. руб. Выручка от основной производственной деятельности снизилась на 13,3% - до 2 млрд 819 млн 222 тыс. руб.
