    BP может принять участие в продлении «Северного потока» в Великобританию

    Британская нефтяная компания BP находится на ранней стадии переговоров с оператором газопровода «Северный поток» - консорциумом Nord Stream A.G. - о строительстве ответвления от газопровода до Великобритании, передает РБК со ссылкой на официального представителя BP в России Владимира Буянова.

    «Мы обсуждали эту тему с правительствами Великобритании и России, а также с Газпромом и выразили заинтересованность в потенциальном участии ВР в проекте продления газопровода «Северный поток» в Великобританию. Мы считаем, что продление газопровода «Северный поток» в Великобританию может существенно повысить энергетическую безопасность Великобритании, обеспечив страну альтернативным источником поставок природного газа», - отметил представитель BP. При этом в «Газпроме» данную информацию не комментируют (владеет 51% в Nord Stream A.G.).

    Отметим, что акционеры Nord Stream признали целесообразность строительства дополнительных ниток газопровода в октябре 2012 года. Разработку данного проекта решено вести в рамках новой компании, которую планируется создать в течение I квартала 2013 года. Как говорил тогда глава Газпрома Алексей Миллер, меморандум о создании дополнительных мощностей газопровода «Северный поток» планируется подписать до 31 января 2013 года. Он также добавлял, что одна из дополнительных ниток «Северного потока» может быть проложена в Великобританию.

    Об интересе ВР к участию в строительстве дополнительных мощностей «Северного потока» до Великобритании стало известно летом, однако у британской компании могли возникнуть определенные сложности в случае принятия положительного решения. Работу ВР в России связывает акционерное соглашение с консорциумом ААR по управлению компанией ТНК-ВР. Согласно этому соглашению, прежде чем принять решение об участии в том или ином выгодном проекте, стороны должны предложить реализацию такого проекта через СП, то есть через ТНК-ВР. Поэтому тогда ВР решила предварительно уведомить ААR о своем потенциальном интересе к участию в «Северном потоке». В ответ на письмо ААR предложил своему партнеру обсудить возможность участия в проекте «Северный поток» на совете директоров ТНК-ВР в июле. О результатах рассмотрения этого вопроса компании не сообщали, однако в Газпроме говорили, что не получали от ТНК-ВР предложений по участию в «Северном потоке».

    В настоящее время и ВР, и ААR планируют продать свои доли в ТНК-ВР «Роснефти», что устраняет прежние сложности для ВР по участию в такого рода проектах.

    В свою очередь в BP заявили, что вопрос о потенциальном продлении газопровода вряд ли будет согласован до следующего лета. Отмечается, что Великобритания в настоящее время увеличивает закупки газа в основном из Норвегии и Катара, поскольку ее собственные объемы добычи в Северном море существенно сокращаются.

    «Северный поток» - новый прямой маршрут экспорта российского газа западноевропейским потребителям. Газопровод проходит через акваторию Балтийского моря от бухты Портовая (район Выборга) до побережья Германии (район Грайфсвальда). Протяженность газопровода составляет 1 тыс. 224 км. Проект «Северный поток» реализует совместное предприятие Nord Stream AG. Доли в компании распределены следующим образом: «Газпром» - 51%, Wintershall Holding и E.On Ruhrgas - по 15,5%, Gasunie и GDF Suez - по 9%.
