    Администрация порта Роттердам выплатит дивиденды в 290 млн евро государству за Maasvlakte-2 на 8 лет раньше срока

    Администрация порта Роттердам (Нидерланды) планирует выплатить 290 млн евро дивидендов правительству по проекту Маасвлакте-2 в марте 2013 года, на 8 лет раньше официального срока, говорится в сообщении администрации порта. В дополнение к этой одноразовой выплате в 290 млн евро, порт будет выплачивать ежегодно мэрии города примерно 13,3 млн евро, а в бюджет страны - около  5,5 млн евро.

    В 2005 году, по соглашению между государством, муниципалитетом Роттердама и администрацией порта, Администрация порта Роттердам должна была получить 726 млн евро в 2011 и 2012 годах. Средства пошли в качестве инвестиций в строительство терминала Maasvlakte-2. Администрация порта должна была вернуть эту сумму в виде дивидендов несколькими траншами до 2021 года.

    По словам Пола Смитса, главного финансового директора Администрации порта, эти выплаты стали возможными благодаря хорошему финансовому положению порта. Отчасти это связано с тем, что стоимость строительства терминала Maasvlakte-2 оказалась меньше запланированной.

    По дополнительному соглашению, порт Роттердам должен увеличить дивиденды этим двум акционерам до 60% от своей прибыли. Ранее дивиденды составляли 35%.

    Maasvlakte-2 является проектом по расширению порта Роттердам, который предполагает строительство морских терминалов и индустриальной зоны. Благодаря запуску проекта контейнерооборот порта планируется удвоить.

    Напомним, муниципалитет владеет 70,83% акций порта Роттердам, государство – 29,17%.
