    Прогнозируется разнонаправленный тренд в движении цен на бункерное топливо на фоне общей неопределенности

    Глобальная политическая и экономическая ситуация остается неопределенной, что находит свое отражение в росте опасений по поводу будущего мирового топливного рынка и его влияния на целый ряд ключевых геополитических процессов. Об этом говорится в предоставленном ИАА «ПортНьюс» еженедельном отчете Marine Bunker Exchange (MABUX).

    В США проблема секвестра и, как результат, снижение госрасходов на 1,2 трлн. долларов США могут стать причиной коррекции на мировом нефтяном рынке уже в первой половине марта. 21 февраля ожидается выступление президента США Барака Обамы с предложениями по решению этой проблемы. Вместе с тем, рост запасов сырой нефти в США в целом, и на крупнейшем нефтехранилище Кушинг, в частности, продолжает оказывать давление на котировки нефти WTI.  Сообщение о росте по-ставок по трубопроводу Seaway со 180 тыс. баррелей в январе до 295 тыс. баррелей в день не оказало существенного влияния на настроения рынка.

     Встреча Большой Двадцатки в Москве также не принесла изменений в существующее положение дел на финансовых рынках и не продемонстрировала конкретных шагов в отношении валютного противостояния. В результате фондовый рынок Японии, а вслед за ним и рынки других азиатских стран, показали рост, что оказало поддержку топливным котировкам на этой неделе.

     Ситуация в еврозоне остается в центре внимания участников рынка. Опубликованные данные по ВВП еврозоны (уменьшение в 4-м квартале 2012 г. на 0,6% в квартальном и на 0,9% - в годовом выражении), а затем заявление Европейского центробанка о слабых перспективах развития  экономики Европы (прогноз дает снижение темпов роста на 0,3% в 2013 году) в значительной степени убавили оптимизм инвесторов. Дополнительное беспокойство вызывают возможные последствия коррупционного скандала в Испании с участием премьер-министра Мариано Рахоя, и исход выборов в Италии, которые состоятся в конце недели.

    В начале недели повышение котировок поддерживалось сообщениями от ОПЕК, согласно которым организация планировала за четырехнедельный период, который завершится 2 марта, сократить объем экспорта на 220 тысяч баррелей до 23,51 мил-лиона баррелей нефти в день. Однако ситуация изменилась после заявления Сау-довской Аравии о намерении увеличить собственную нефтедобычу во II квартале 2013г. в связи с растущим спросом на нефтепродукты со стороны Китая, что в данный момент сдерживает восходящий тренд котировок.

     Этому также способствует снижение напряженности вокруг Ирана, последовавшее после ряда заявлений стран-представителей Совета Безопасности ООН и Германии о намерении предложить Ирану на следующей неделе компромиссный план относительно ядерных разработок Тегерана.

    Мы предполагаем, что на следующей неделе цены на бункеровочное топливо будут меняться разнонаправленно.
