    Арбитраж признал банкротом ООО «Сэлтехстрой»

    Арбитражный суд Москвы в среду признал банкротом ООО «Сэлтехстрой», которое в мае 2011 года победило в аукционе по продаже 55% уставного капитала (73% обыкновенных акций) ОАО «Порт Ванино», предложив за пакет 10,8 млрд руб. при стартовой стоимости акций 934 млн руб. Как пишет «РАПСИ», конкурсным управляющим ООО «Сэлтехстрой», принадлежащего внуку Анастаса Микояна Ивану, суд назначил Анастасию Половинкину, которая раньше являлась временным управляющим компании.

    Суд открыл конкурсное производство в отношении «Сэлтехстроя» сроком на 6 месяцев, рассмотрение отчета конкурсного управляющего о проделанной работе суд назначил 30 августа.

    Собрание кредиторов проголосовало за признание компании банкротом 4 марта. Единственным имуществом компании являются денежные средства в размере 13,7 млн руб., которые находятся на счете Единой электронной торговой площадки. В реестр кредиторов включены требования единственного кредитора компании - Восточно-Европейского банка реконструкции и развития (ВЕБРР) - в размере 22 млн руб.

    Арбитражный суд Москвы 12 сентября 2012 года ввел процедуру наблюдения в компании «Сэлтехстрой». Заявление о признании компании банкротом подал ВЕБРР.

    Напомним, в мае 2011 года на 55% уставного капитала ОАО «Порт Ванино» претендовали 14 компаний, в том числе «Сибуглемет», UCLH Владимира Лисина, а также СУЭК и En+ Group Олега Дерипаски, которая владеет 28,12% уставного капитала (21,64% голосующих акций) порта. «Сэлтехстрой» внес залог в размере 93,4 млн руб., однако в установленный срок - до 24 июня - не оплатил акции Ванино, вследствие чего аукцион был признан несостоявшимся.

    Федеральное агентство по управлению имуществом (Росимущество) в июле 2011 года подало в арбитраж Москвы иск о взыскании с компании внука Микояна около 300 млн руб. штрафа за нарушение сроков перечисления денежных средств за акции порта. Суд первой инстанции в феврале 2012 года частично удовлетворил требования Росимущества, взыскав с ответчика 75,411 млн руб. Кассационная инстанция оставила в силе это решение суда.

    Основным видом деятельности ООО «Сэлтехстрой» является «производство общестроительных работ по возведению зданий».
