    Основными факторами, определявшими движение топливных котировок на текущей неделе, стали макроэкономическая статистика из США, а также финансовый кризис на Кипре.

    Позитивные данные из США, в частности, данные по трудовой занятости и объему промышленного производства, в значительной степени поддержали котировки. Дополнительную поддержку рынку нефтяных фьючерсов оказала информация о неожиданном сокращении запасов сырой нефти в США на 1,3 млнбарр.. В том числе запасы нефти на терминале Кушинг в Оклахоме (крупнейшем нефтяном хранилище США) сократились примерно на 300 тыс. барр.

    ФРС США в свою очередь подтвердила, что американская экономика восстанавливается и растет умеренными темпами. При этом регулятор сохранил действующую ставку рефинансирования и объявил, что продолжит выкуп государственных долговых обязательств до окончания текущего года или до начала следующего года. Таким образом, Комитет по открытым рынкам ФРС США снизил опасения инвесторов и дал дополнительный импульс восходящему тренду на топливном рынке.

    Вместе с тем, заявление ОПЕК о намерении увеличить объем добычи на 300 тысяч баррелей в сутки было спокойно воспринято участниками рынка, так как в Европе и США открывается ряд нефтеперерабатывающих заводов, которые ранее были закрыты для планового технического обслуживания.

    Основным фактором последовательного падения топливных индексов на текущей неделе выступила финансовая ситуация на Кипре, а также связанные с этим опасения углубления долгового кризиса в странах еврозоны с последующим падением спроса на энергоносители в странах ЕС. Решение парламента Кипра проголосовать против предложенного правительством одноразового налога на вкладчиков местных банков спровоцировало укрепление доллара, и соответственно, снизило спекулятивный спрос на нефть и другие товарные активы, котируемые в валюте США. На данный момент ситуация продолжает оставаться достаточно сложной, поскольку руководство Кипра  вынуждено использовать альтернативные варианты  для борьбы с долговым кризисом. В качестве одного из них рассматривается тройственное соглашение между Кипром, Россией и европейскими кредиторами. Все это, в конечном итоге, добавляет неуверенности участникам рынка и продолжает оказывать  давление на нефтяные индексы.
