    «В.Ф. Танкер» принял в эксплуатацию восемнадцатый танкер класса «Волго-Дон макс» проекта RST27 (фото)

    ООО «Волга-флот-танкер» («В.Ф.Танкер»)  31 мая 2013 года приняло в эксплуатацию танкер «ВФ Танкер-18»  - восемнадцатый серийный танкер класса «Волго-Дон макс» проекта RST27 дедвейтом в море/реке 7030/5428 тонн, сообщает пресс-служба «Морского инженерного бюро», разработавшего проект.

    В сравнении с другими проектами Морского Инженерного Бюро танкер нового проекта RST27 имеет усиленную речную функцию, увеличенный на 716 тонн дедвейт в реке (если сравнивать с «Армадами») при повышенной прочности корпуса (морской класс R2 или II район - по старой классификации РС), практически таким же расходом топлива и  сохранении повышенной вместимости грузовых танков.

    Суда удовлетворяют габаритам Волго-Донского судоходного канала и Волго - Балтийского пути. Габаритная длина составляет 140,85 м, ширина - 16,6 м, высота борта - 6 м. Относятся к танкерам «Волго-Дон макс» класса. Вместимость шести грузовых танков и двух отстойных танков 8100 куб. м, дедвейт в море - 7030 тонны при осадке 4,2 м, в реке при осадке 3,6 м - 5428 тонн, скорость в эксплуатации - 10,5 узлов.

    Контрактный дедвейт 6980/5378 тонн на судне «В.Ф. танкер-18» был перевыполнен на 50 тонн. Скорость на испытаниях составила 11,7 узла.
     
    Обводы судна нового проекта являются продуктом научно-исследовательской работы, выполненной «Морским инженерным бюро» совместно с компанией Digital Marine Technology в 2010 году, и создавались с использованием методов вычислительной гидромеханики (CFD-моделирования). Модель будущего танкера прошла испытания в опытовом бассейне ЦНИИ им. акад. А.Н.Крылова.  При проектировании учтены специальные требования российских и мировых нефтяных компаний, дополнительные экологические ограничения класса Российского морского Регистра судоходства «ЭКО ПРОЕКТ» (ECO-S).
     
    Суда проекта RST27 используют в качестве единых средств движения и управления полноповоротных винто-рулевых колонок, имеют развитый тронк, примененяют грузовые погружные насосы, у них отсутствуют продольная переборка в ДП и набор в грузовых танках.

    Судно проекта RST27 предназначены для перевозки сырой нефти и нефтепродуктов без ограничения по температуре вспышки.

    Грузовая система выполнена под одновременную перевозку двух сортов груза, производительность грузовых насосов - 6 х 200 куб. м в час. Установлено два вспомогательных паровых котла производительностью по 2,5 тонны в час. В качестве главных двигателей используются два среднеоборотных дизеля мощностью по 1200 кВт, работающие на тяжелом топливе вязкостью IFO380. Подруливающее устройство - 230 кВт. Электростанция состоит из трех дизель-генераторов по 292 кВт и аварийно-стояночного дизель-генератора 136 кВт.
     
    Экипаж - 12 человек, мест - 14 и лоцман. Автономность (в море/в реке) - 20/12 суток.
     
    Судно проекта RST27 соответствует требованиям класса Российского Морского Регистра Судоходства KM  Ice1 R2 AUT1-ICS OMBO VCS ECO-S Oil tanker (ESP).
     
    Всего на заводе должно быть построено 15 танкеров проекта RST27. Головное (на «Окской судоверфи») судно проекта RST27 «В.Ф. Танкер-11» заложено 20 октября 2011 года, спущено на воду 27 апреля 2012 года, сдано в эксплуатацию 17 июля 2012 года.

    ОАО «Окская судоверфь» (город Навашино, Нижегородская область) основана в 1907 году. Современное ОАО «Окская судоверфь» создано в порядке приватизации государственного предприятия «Навашинский судостроительный завод «Ока». Верфь является производителем и поставщиком речных и морских судов различного типа и назначения.

    ООО «Волга-флот-танкер» («В.Ф.Танкер») создано в 2001 году при участии ОАО «Судоходная компания «Волжское пароходство», входит в холдинг VBTH, мажоритарным акционером которого является международная транспортная группа Universal Cargo Logistics Holding, консолидирующая ряд российских судоходных, стивидорных и судостроительных компаний.

    Занимается внутренними водными перевозками нефтепродуктов. «Волга-флот-танкер» имеет на своем балансе более 40 судов, общим тоннажем более 170 тыс. тонн, оборудованных под перевозку нефтепродуктов. Основной маршрут – транспортировка нефтепродуктов с заводов из районов рек Белая и Кама до Санкт-Петербурга и далее морскими судами до портов назначения.
