    Разнонаправленное движение цен на бункерное топливо продолжится – аналитики

    Разнонаправленное движение цен на бункерное топливо продолжится в отсутствие реальных драйвер-факторов на мировой топливном рынке. Об этом говорится в предоставленном ИАА «ПортНьюс» аналитическом отчете Marine Bunker Exchange (MABUX).  

    По итогам текущей недели движение бункерных котировок в ведущих портах мира носило разнонаправленный характер. Такое поведение было во многом обусловлено отсутствием значительных событий, способных выступить в качестве драйвер-факторов.

    В конце прошлой недели небольшой рост цен на топливо был отмечен на фоне по-зитивной статистики из США. Согласно отчету Бюро трудовой статистики США эко-номика прибавила 175 тысяч новых рабочих мест за период с мая по июнь, что соот-ветствует темпам роста ВВП на уровне 2,0-3,0% в годовом выражении.

    Дальнейший рост коммерческих запасов сырой нефти в США не смог спровоцировать начало уверенного нисходящего тренда. По итогам отчетной недели, завершившейся 7 июня, запасы продемонстрировали рост на 2,5 млн барр. (против ожиданий уменьшения на 1,5 миллиона баррелей) и достигли уровня 393,8 млн барр. В целом, запасы остаются существенными, а динамика цен по-прежнему связана с отсутствием прогнозов уверенного экономического роста.

    В ближайшей перспективе фактором давления на топливные индексы могут выступить возможные решения ФРС по мерам стимулирования национальной экономики. Комитет ФРС по открытым рынкам начнет свое двухдневное заседание 19 июня.

    Еще одним фактором, препятствующим росту котировок, стали ожидания ослабления глобального спроса на энергоносители после того, как Всемирный банк понизил свой прогноз роста мировой экономики. По итогам 2013 года предполагается рост мирового ВВП в размере 2,2%, что ниже показателя за 2012 год. (+2,3%), а также январского прогноза (+2,4%).

    Одновременно, представители ОПЕК также понизили собственный прогноз роста потребления нефти в мире в текущем году примерно на 10 тыс. барр./день: предпо-лагается увеличение относительно предыдущего года на 780 тыс. барр./день (против ожидавшегося роста 790 тыс. барр./день).

    Вместе с тем сохранение нестабильности на Ближнем Востоке и в отношениях между Суданом и Южным Суданом, и, соответственно, опасения нарушения поставок нефти из этих регионов оказывают поддержку топливным котировкам. В частности, Южный Судан заявил о готовности остановить производство нефти (490 тыс. барр. в сутки) если правительство Судана реализует свою угрозу перекрыть нефтепровод, соединяющий Южный Судан с экспортными портами Судана. Эта реакция вызвана полученными данными о поддержке Южным Суданом повстанческих групп на юге Судана в спорных территориях.
