    «Газпромнефть Марин Бункер» приобрела бункерную компанию в Эстонии

    «Газпромнефть Марин Бункер», оператор бункерного бизнеса ОАО «Газпром нефть», завершила сделку по приобретению у AS NT Marine эстонской бункерной компании AS Baltic Marine Bunker. Как сообщает пресс-служба «Газпром нефти», это второй зарубежный актив «Газпромнефть Марин Бункера» после румынской компании, приобретенной в начале года. 

    В собственности AS Baltic Marine Bunker находится судно-бункеровщик общим дедвейтом 2786 тонн, предназначенное для бункеровки как темными, так и светлыми видами судового топлива.

    «Газпромнефть Марин Бункер» планирует, что ежегодный объем реализации судовых топлив в Таллиннском порту составит не менее 270 тыс. тонн. В планах компании расширение присутствия на рынке за счет развития сотрудничества с судовладельцами и повышения качества обслуживания судов.

    ОАО «Газпромнефть Марин Бункер» — дочернее предприятие ОАО «Газпром нефть», созданное в 2007 году для организации круглогодичных поставок судовых топлив и масел для морского и речного транспорта. Предприятие занимает лидирующие позиции на бункерном рынке России с долей 18,6%, осуществляя деятельность в 15 морских и 9 речных портах. Около 85% потребителей услуг компании — иностранные судовладельцы. По итогам 2012 года «Газпромнефть Марин Бункер» увеличила объем реализации бункерного топлива «в борт» на 40% — до 1,8 млн. тонн, подтвердив статус лидера по этому показателю среди российских компаний. Суммарный объем продаж судовых топлив «Газпромнефть Марин Бункера» в 2012 году достиг 2,9 млн тонн.

    В 2013 году «Газпром нефть» актуализировала стратегию развития своего бункерного бизнеса, расширив горизонт планирования до 2025 года. В марте 2013 года компания впервые вышла на международный рынок, приобретя румынскую компанию Marine Bunker Balkan S.A, работающую в черноморском порту Констанца.

    «Газпромнефть Марин Бункер» реализует на бункерном рынке Балтики низкосернистое судовое топливо, осуществляя поставки с НПЗ «Газпром нефти». Компания обладает всеми необходимыми лицензиями, а также договорами перевалки и хранения на терминале.

    Порт Таллинн (стивидорная компания AS Tallinna Sadam) является крупнейшим транзитным узлом Эстонии. В его состав входят пять портовых зон: Старый порт, порт Мууга, Южный порт Палдиски, порт Пальяссааре и порт Сааремаа. Ежегодный объем потребления бункерного топлива составляет 420 тыс. тонн. Согласно стратегии AS Tallinna Sadam, к 2020 году объем товаров, проходящих через Таллиннский порт, вырастет по сравнению с 2012 годом на 46% – до 43,2 млн тонн, а количество пассажиров увеличится на 20,7% – до 10,67 млн человек.
