    Арбитражный суд Омской области прекратил дело об административной ответственности судовладельца судна «Полесье-8»

    Арбитражный суд Омской области прекратил прозводство по делу о привлечении к административной ответственности судовладельца теплохода «Полесье-8». Как указано в материалах суда, прекращение производства связано с тем, что оно не подведомственно арбитражным судам. С иском обратился линейный отдел Обь-Иртышского управления Госморречнадзора.

    Напомним, 17 августа 2013 года около 13:20 по местному времени на 1843 километре реки Иртыш, в 10 км города Омска произошло столкновение теплохода «Полесье-8» и баржи. Теплоход «Полесье» выполнял рейс Омск – Ачаир. В районе поселка Новая станица он столкнулся с грузовой баржей и затонул. На борту находилось 53 человека. По предварительной информации, 6 человек погибли, 47 пострадали. По факту столкновения судов возбуждено уголовное дело.
