    СИБУР приобретает у Rail Garant парк вагонов для перевозки СУГ

    СИБУР заключил с транспортным холдингом Rail Garant соглашение о продаже принадлежащего компании парка вагонов для перевозки сжиженного углеводородного газа (СУГ). Как сообщает пресс-служба СИБУРа, сумма сделки составит 11,5 млрд руб.

    Закрытие сделки ожидается после получения всех необходимых одобрений, в том числе со стороны регулирующих органов.

    По условиям соглашения, после завершения сделки Rail Garant передаст весь приобретенный парк в управление «СИБУР-Трансу» - транспортному оператору СИБУРа. Половина парка будет передана в аренду, вторая половина может использоваться «СИБУР-Трансом» в рамках договора на оказание услуг по обеспечению компании подвижным составом для перевозки продукции. Договоры заключаются на 6 лет.

    «Таким образом, СИБУР сохраняет возможность осуществлять гарантированные перевозки собственной продукции в необходимых объемах при возврате ранее инвестированного в создание вагонного парка капитала», - отмечается в сообщении.

    В настоящее время подвижной парк «СИБУР-Транса» состоит из 13 113 вагонов-цистерн для перевозки СУГ, в том числе 4 364 собственных и 8 749 арендованных и привлеченных. Кроме того, в собственности и управлении «СИБУР-Транса» находятся 3 870 вагонов-цистерн для перевозки продуктов нефтехимии, 2 013 контейнеров-цистерн для перевозки СУГ, 386 контейнеров-цистерн для перевозки наливных грузов, 16 ед. универсального подвижного состава. «СИБУР-Транс» также управляет более 330 км путей необщего пользования.

    Группе Rail Garan сделка позволит стать крупным игроком на растущем рынке перевозок сжиженного углеводородного газа и гарантирует полную загрузку парка в условиях сложившегося на сегодня профицита вагонов.

    Операционный парк для перевозки СУГ Группы Rail Garant в настоящее время составляет 1500 вагонов-цистерн и 1608 танк-контейнеров. Также в управлении Группы находится 6132 нефтебензиновые цистерны и 1953 танк-контейнера для перевозки жидкой химии.
