According to the source, the terminal, which is to be located in the territory of Stroikomplekt (port of Novorossiysk) is to cost over RUR 1.5 bln. The company plans to get a loan. The construction is to take about 2 years.
“As of today we handle some 1 million tonnes of grain per year. We plan to create additional storage reservoirs and railway approaches,” Shevchenko says.
As it was reported earlier, Russia's industrial safety watchdog Rostekhnadzor has recently approved the State Environmental Expert Review of the project. According to Shevchenko, financial issues are to be solved July-August, while the construction is to start in September.
