    Падение погрузки на железной дороге по итогам 2013 года составит около 2,8% - РЖД

    По итогам 2013 года погрузка грузов на РЖД ожидается со снижением на 2,8% к уровню 2012 года. Грузооборот снижен на 1,7%, а с учетом пробега собственных вагонов в порожнем состоянии возрос на 0,5%. Такой прогноз озвучил президент ОАО «РЖД» Владимир Якунин, выступая на итоговом правлении компании в Москве.

    «Правление ОАО «РЖД» еще в октябре-ноябре прошлого года увидело риски сокращения экономической активности и включило план антикризисного управления. Однако негативных последствий в полной мере избежать было невозможно. Стагнация в промышленности и строительстве привела к падению спроса на перевозки, которое соответствовало нашим наиболее пессимистичным оценкам», - пояснил Якунин.

    Он добавил также, что доля железнодорожного транспорта в грузообороте транспортной системы страны впервые за несколько лет может сократиться сразу на 1,5%, что вызвано не только макроэкономической конъюнктурой, но и сохранением неравенства условий межвидовой конкуренции.

    По словам главы ОАО «РЖД», на финансово-экономические условия деятельности компании в 2013 году повлиял ряд существенных факторов

    Так, на 11,4 млрд руб. выросла налоговая нагрузка (по всем видам деятельности), на 6,9 млрд руб. сверхпланово возросли расходы на топливо, на 7 млрд руб. сократились доходы вследствие унификации тарифов в рамках Единого экономического пространства.

    В результате проведенной правлением работы в целом за истекший год расходы компании сокращены на 98,8 млрд руб. или на 7,9% к первоначальному плану.
