  Опубликован обзор Единой государственной системы информации об обстановке в Мировом океане (ЕСИМО) о текущей обстановке в океанах и морях от 1 апреля 2014 года.
  
  В Атлантическом океане: к юго-востоку от о.Гренландия до 31°з.д. ветер восточный 10-15 м/с, высота волн 3-4 м; к юго-западу от Азорских островов до 33°з.д. ветер северо-западный 17-22 м/с, высота волн 6-7 м; к северу от Бермудских островов до 38°с.ш. ветер западной четверти 10-15 м/с, высота волн 3-4 м.
  
  На Баренцевом море ветер северный 5-10 м/с с порывами до 15 м/с, высота волн 2-3 м, на юго-востоке и севере моря лед.
  
  На Норвежском море ветер северной четверти 5-10 м/с с порывами до 15 м/с, высота волн 1-2 м.
  
  На Северном море ветер восточный 3-8 м/с, высота волн 0,5-1 м.
  
  На Балтийском море ветер восточный 3-8 м/с, высота волн 0,5-1 м.
  
  На Черном море ветер южный 5-10 м/с, высота волн 1-2 м.
  
  На Азовском море ветер южный 5-10 м/с с порывами до 15 м/с, высота волн 0,8-1,3 м, на западе моря лед.
  
  На Каспийском море ветер юго-западный 3-8 м/с, высота волн 0,5-1 м.
  
  В Тихом океане на акватории к юго-востоку от Курильских островов до 180° з.д. ветер западный 12-17 м/с с порывами до 22 м/с, высота волн 6-8 м.
  
  На Беринговом море ветер северной четверти 10-15 м/с с порывами до 20 м/с, высота волн 4-5 м. На севере моря, в Анадырском и Карагинском заливах, а также вдоль восточного побережья п-ова Камчатка - лед.
  
  На Охотском море ветер северной четверти 12-17 м/с с порывами до 22 м/с, высота волн 4-5 м. На севере моря, в районе Шантарских островов и в Амурском лимане, а также на севере моря и вдоль западного побережья п-ова Камчатка - лед.
  
  На Японском (Восточном) море ветер южный 3-8 м/с, высота волн 0,5-1 м, в Татарском проливе лед.
  
  Тропический шторм HELLEN в 4.00 мск находился в районе с координатами 17,0°с.ш. и 46,1°в.д., максимальная скорость ветра 25 м/с, максимальная высота волн 8-9 м.
