    В рассмотрении дела о крушении «Булгарии» объявлен перерыв на месяц

    Суд объявил перерыв на месяц в рассмотрении дела о крушении теплохода «Булгария». Как передает РБК, главный фигурант дела субарендатор судна Светлана Инякина выступит с последним словом лишь в середине июня. Таким образом, вынесение приговора может отложиться на неопределенный срок.

    Заседание проходило сегодня в Московском районном суде Казани. В ходе процесса с последним словом выступили четверо подсудимых: первый помощник капитана затонувшего теплохода Рамиль Хаметов, начальник Казанского линейного отдела Волжского управления Ространснадзора Ирек Тимергазеев, главный государственный инспектор Казанского линейного отдела Волжского управления Ространснадзора Владислав Семенов и старший эксперт Камского участка ФГУ «Российский речной регистр» Яков Ивашов.

    Тимергазеев, в частности, заявил, что предотвратить трагедию могли не только его ведомство, но и транспортная прокуратура и полиция. «Патрульно-постовая служба – наряды милиции ходили по пароходу, в том числе они заходили на «Булгарию» и могли видеть эти беспорядки, но никто не сообщил об этом», – сказал Ирек Тимергазеев.

    Как заявил агентству адвокат Семенова Инга Новиков, обвиняемые, в случае, несогласия с решением суда, намерены подать аппеляцию в Верховный суд Татарстана.

    Подводя предварительные итоги судебного процесса, старший помощник Татарского транспортного прокурора Евгений Дикарев отметил, что процесс был непростым. Осложняло объемное дело, по словам Евгения Дикарева, то, что потерпевшие и свидетели неактивно посещали судебные заседания. «Таких процессов не очень много в России», - констатировал он.

    Теплоход «Булгария» затонул 10 июля 2011 года во время круиза по маршруту Казань — Болгар — Казань в районе села Сюкеево. Жертвами трагедии стали 122 человека.
