    В Амурской области будет ускорено прохождение пункта пропуска «Благовещенск» в связи с ростом пассажиропотока между Благовещенском и Хэйхэ

    В Амурской области планируется предпринять меры по ускорению прохождения пункта пропуска «Благовещенск» в связи с ростом пассажиропотока между Благовещенском и Хэйхэ (Китай). Об этом сообщает пресс-служба правительства региона.  

    Расчетная пропускная способность пункта пропуска составляет более 2,2 млн человек в год. В последние годы наметилась тенденция к снижению пассажиропотока, отмечается в сообщении. В 2011 году через пункт пропуска прошли 1,13 млн человек, в 2012 – 1,07 млн. В 2013 этот показатель упал до 0,93 млн пассажиров в связи с наводнением на реке Амур в период летней навигации, а также повышением курса доллара и юаня.

    В 2013 году пик пассажиропотока через пункт пропуска выпал на июль, в этот период возникли определенные проблемы, говорится в сообщении. Перевозчик ЗАО «Пассажирский порт «АмурАссо» проводит капитальный ремонт помещений, вскоре будет действовать 31 кабинка пропуска. Отмечается, что ускорить прохождение пассажирами пункта пропуска в 1,5-2 раза позволит перевод компьютеров пограничной службы на новое программное обеспечение.

    Для решения вопроса планируетсяорганизовать большую информационную встречу представителей всех заинтересованных турфирм Приамурья с руководством ЗАО «Пассажирский порт АмурАссо», сотрудниками пограничного управления и таможенной службы.
