    Греция представила инвесторам программу концессий на разведку углеводородов в Ионическом и Эгейском морях

    Греция представила зарубежным компаниям программу концессий на разведку углеводородов на 20 участках в Ионическом и Эгейском морях, передает «Прайм».

    В состоявшейся в Лондоне презентации программы концессий разведки нефти и газа в морской акватории Западной Греции (Ионическое море) и к югу от острова Крит (Эгейское море) приняли участие более 180 представителей крупных и средних нефтяных компаний, банков и консалтинговых фирм, отметило министерство.

    Глава греческого энергетического ведомства Яннис Маниатис, который представил программу концессий, подтвердил интерес со стороны более 40 зарубежных энергетических компаний, включая самые крупные.

    Министр сообщил, что в ходе тендера, который вскоре будет объявлен, заинтересованным инвесторам будут выделены для разведки 20 морских акваторий, которые были определены на основе 50 параметров, таких как глубина моря, геология и экологические условия, вытекающие из проводимого сейчас Стратегического исследования последствий разведки и эксплуатации потенциальных месторождений для окружающей среды. Маниатис также отметил, что «поиски внутренних источников энергии соответствуют политике ЕС, так как события на Украине и в Ираке еще более подчеркивают риски чрезмерной зависимости Европы от импорта энергоносителей».

    Касаясь перспектив разведки месторождений нефти и газа в Греции, глава энергетического ведомства сказал, что на них будет распространяться новый закон о концессиях, «который включает в себя последние тенденции и лучшую международную практику в отношении прав концессионеров и создает для инвесторов стабильную, предсказуемую и равную для всех среду». Налоговый режим предусматривает пониженный коэффициент обложения (с 40 до 20%) в целях повышения конкурентоспособности инвестиций. Уже создана Греческая управляющая компания в сфере углеводородов, которая начнет функционировать с целью регулирования, лицензирования и контроля деятельности в сфере разведки и эксплуатации месторождений от имени греческого правительства. На Грецию станут распространяться правила ЕС по безопасности прибрежной добычи нефти и газа. Наконец, будут использоваться данные, полученные в ходе сейсмических исследований на площади 225 тыс. кв. км в Ионическом море и к югу от Крита, а также их интерпретация учеными французского института BEICIP.

    Сообщение об объявлении тендера на концессию 20 морских районов для разведки углеводородов будет опубликовано в ближайшее время в официальном печатном органе ЕС, отметило министерство.
