    Порт Коломна спустил на воду 45-тонный плавучий кран (фото)

    На слипе судостроительного подразделении порта Коломна 25 августа 2014 года состоялся спуск на воду головного плавучего крана новой серии. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба ОАО «Порт Коломна».

    Плавкран с индексом 4501 строится по проекту разработанному собственным проектным бюро с использованием изготовленной фирмой Liebherr  крановой части модели CBG 350. На вылете 32 м его грузоподъемность составляет 45 тонн на крюке и 35 тонн в грейферном режиме.

    Сдача в эксплуатацию крана намечена на конец октября текущего года после достройки на воде и проведения испытаний.

    Кран будет использоваться в собственном  логистическом комплексе «Беседы» вблизи МКАД.

    Отличительной особенностью плавучего крана является возможность плавания как в бассейнах разряда «М», так и в условиях ограничений Московско-Окского бассейна.

    «Заявленная производительность 30000 тонн/сутки позволит до минимума сократить время разгрузочных и перегрузочных операций», - отмечается в сообщении.
     
    Основные характеристики: тип крана - плавучий полноповоротный, грузоподъемность - 45/35 тонн, вылет стрелы: max – 32 м, min – 9 м, скорость подъема - 47 м/мин, скорость поворота крана - 1.2 об/мин, класс судна: РРР *Э М 3.0, длина основного понтона - 60 м, ширина основного понтона - 14,5 м, осадка с балластом - 2,2 м, мощность ГД - 800 кВт, экипаж - 9 чел.

    ОАО «Порт Коломна» - многопрофильное речное транспортное предприятие, ведущее свою историю с 1858 года, преобразовано в современное акционерное общество в январе 1994 года. В состав порта входят грузовые участки на реках Москва и Ока (Беседы, Лыткарино, Воскресенск, Коломна), участок пассажирских перевозок, судоремонтный завод, судоподъемное сооружение, отстойный пункт, строительный и автотранспортный участки, завод сухих смесей, гостиничный комплекс.

    Порт осуществляет добычу нерудных строительных материалов (речной песок и песчано-гравийная смесь), погрузо-разгрузочные работы, огромное количество грузовых перевозок (песок, песчано-гравийные материалы, гипсовый камень, негабаритные грузы и т.д.), пригородные пассажирские перевозки. На предприятии проводится работа по технической модернизации подвижного состава, вводятся дополнительные производственные мощности по судоремонту, развивается судостроение.

    В собственности порта более 100 ед. флота: буксиры, самоходные суда типа «Ока», землесосы, гидроперегружатели, плавучие краны, пассажирские суда типа «Москва».
