    Следствие предъявило обвинение руководителю ООО «НПО «Мостовик»

    Следственные органы Следственного комитета Российской Федерации по Омской области предъявили генеральному директору ООО «НПО «Мостовик» Олегу Шишову обвинение в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных ч. 3 ст. 159.4 УК РФ (мошенничество, сопряженное с преднамеренным неисполнением договорных обязательств в сфере предпринимательской деятельности, совершенное в особо крупном размере) и п. «б» ч. 2 ст. 199 УК РФ (уклонение от уплаты налогов с организации в особо крупном размере), ч. 3 ст. 145.1 УК РФ (полная невыплата свыше двух месяцев заработной платы, совершенная из корыстной или иной личной заинтересованности руководителем организации). Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Следственного комитета.

    По версии следствия, генеральный директор ООО «НПО «Мостовик» в нарушение положений Трудового кодекса Российской Федерации свыше двух месяцев подряд не выплачивал заработную плату работникам предприятия, хотя имел для этого финансовую возможность. Так, проведенными судебно-бухгалтерскими исследованиями установлены факты полной невыплаты заработной платы и иных установленных законом выплат с января по июнь 2014 года работникам предприятия, общая задолженность перед которыми составила 535 тыс. руб. Вместе с тем в указанный период времени подозреваемый имел реальную возможность выплачивать заработную плату, так как в кассу предприятия поступили денежные средства в сумме более 17 млрд руб., которые были потрачены в том числе на цели, не связанные с оплатой труда, говорится в сообщении.

    Кроме этого Шишов обвиняется в том, что совершил хищение из бюджета Омской области денежных средств в сумме свыше 500 млн руб., не исполнив условия государственного контракта на выполнение строительства участка «Федоровка–Александровка» окружной дороги города Омска, а неустановленные должностные лица казенного учреждения «Управление дорожного хозяйства Омской области» и правительства Омской области незаконно перечислили ООО «НПО «Мостовик» денежные средства.

    Также, обвиняемый с января 2009 по ноябрь 2012 года внес в финансовые документы ООО «НПО «Мостовик», а также налоговые декларации по налогу на добавленную стоимость заведомо ложные сведения о выполнении рядом организаций-контрагентов строительно-монтажных работ на объектах, расположенных на территории города Владивостока (в том числе мост на остров «Русский» в рамках подготовки к саммиту АТЭС), в Тюменской, Астраханской, Московской, Читинской и Омской областях, отразив их в составе налоговых вычетов. В результате этих действий Шишов уклонился от уплаты налога на добавленную стоимость на общую сумму свыше 515 млн руб., говорится в сообщении.

    Следствием направлено ходатайство об аресте генерального директора ООО «НПО «Мостовик» Олега Шишова.

    Проводятся следственные действия, направленные на обнаружение и изъятие доказательств совершенных преступлений. Расследование продолжается
